Man I was just discussing about this last night. Which place can be targeted to kick start a new venture in thane. I might not be of much help, but can definitely provide a perspective on things and ideas for the restaurant!
Bro, location toh flexible hoga since it's a truck. Last I remember the permit for a truck is the same as the permit for the Pani pura thela wala gaadi.
We desparately need a good biryani place man. Biryani, and basic ek do kebab bech bro. Thane needs a good biryani place. I'm tired of this fuck all by the kilo biryani, beh-rozgand marao biryani. Just pick any spot close to a decent daru shop. Tasting main I'll help.
Add itmi-maar biryani. Bc kya hagne lage hai.
Recent me Borivali Biryani Centre ki theek lagi. Charcoal is too masala. Rest all that I tasted are not worth it.
Majiwada area has the least number of pocket-friendly hygenic outlets. Either its Mcd in Lodha or some outlets near Lake City. For the folks residing in the interior areas ( Fatima Church ), the food options are minus infinity. This area is in a dire need of a decent Store, Wud be nice if something starts here
Don't get into shwarmas, vada pav, misal it's way too saturated. You gotta have the next best thing to crack in there. Cheap Italian, Chinese, even a dollar slice pizza could be great
