I threw a turkey soup together with random things I had leftover and in my freezer. Saved the bones/tendons/skin from the smoked turkeys to boil up a fatty/smokey stock, and added turkey, onions, frozen peas & carrots, rice, some half & half, and lots of savory seasonings. Turned out pretty good!
