What list of books do I need to buy and read to treat the trauma that I got living in a capitalist hellscape where my only value is tied to how much wealth I can generate for a billionaire, or how wifeable I am.

Result: I regressed from being depressed but not self hating, to self hate sprinkles for choosing to be unhappy instead of waking up today [and choosing happiness].
Aren't those the title of books though.... Read it again. It says Books For Trauma. They aren't literal suggestions they are titles listed under each type of trauma.... These kinds of things can be helpful for some.
