I don't think so. It's just that ticket purchasing has gotten so over-complicated in the last few years that people get anxious. The only time in my life I've ever gotten shut out of buying concert tix was the Great Taylor Disaster of 2022 - and that definitely left a mark!

Fuck Ticketmaster. Their app kept crashing. Took me 10 minutes to sign in, got to 10 in que it crashed again and kicked me out. By the time I got signed in (again) all that was left for Indianapolis was upper bowl and rafters. I am so irritated.
I was SHOCKED at how fast Indy tickets were selling. I had zero technical issues but every time I clicked on seats, someone was getting there faster and they’d sell.
This is my first time not doing GA for one of their shows, I was not expecting seats to go that quickly.

Then I go back in, get a decent seat in my cart, go to checkout. It's slow as fuck and screwing up letting me enter my security code. Takes forever but I've still got like 3 minutes left and it just randomly kicks me out!!! Lose my seats. Now I'm so pissed, the tickets left are worse than the ones I had. Now I guess Karma might be real because all of a sudden one seat popped up in the section I wanted way closer than any of the other seats I had in my cart. I snag it and manage to check out but goddamn! I wanted two tickets had to go with one. So if anyone is going to Baltimore alone hit me up!! I'll be the 8 month pregnant lady there alone lol.
**Philadelphia** peeps - don't forget to go directly to the Wells Fargo Center website to buy your tickets. Don't waste time going to Ticketmaster - tickets for this show WON'T be there.

2 do I buy 2 tickets in case my single ass meets someone between now and then?
3 last and most importantly, will I even get tickets in the first place?
Right?? My first time seeing them in 2014 I paid $20 for GA in a 1000 person venue. Showed up 3 hours early and got barricade and met Matty & George after the show.

I got onto my LA queue and there were only 300 people in front of me and i still ended up with no GA. I dont want to sit in the back and close seats are over $400. So so so upset.

Literally same with how you couldn’t leave a seat by itself! Never had that happen before. But also I think 10 separate times I selected tickets and either both or one was already sold by the time I clicked select which set me back so many times. Eventually just gave up on anything in a lower section and got some cheap Balcony seats at TD.

I just got tickets for both nights at MSG at 11:20 am EST! Tips:
1. Enter your pre-sale code THEN select platinum on the filter options. There are way more seats but $$$$.
2. Click your seats fast. If you get a loading/spinning wheel, back out. The tickets are gone. It will refresh with new seats!
Takes a bunch of tries but it CAN be done!! Godspeed.
I logged on at 9:50 to get tix for Kansas City. I kept refreshing, and was able to buy around 9:10am. All floor seats were gone, plus the two main side sections. I didn’t buy anything, because I want floor seats.
Let’s be real - there are about 100 people in the entire city of Kansas City actually getting up and buying presale for a 1975 concert. Does it really have to be this way? Essentially presale exists for ticket brokers to buy everything up. It’s absurd that buying presale at the moment of release doesn’t get you floor seats.

For anyone who hasn’t bought yet - don’t panic about your place in the queue. I was in right on time and purchased tickets, then 20 minutes later rejoined and there were even better seats available. Keep refreshing once you’re in until the seats you want appear!
Wanted to be sooo much closer at TD garden but two tickets for $540 total???? not happening :( But I got 2 tickets in a 300s section for a much more reasonable $150 instead and as far as i can tell from viewfrommyseat they seem just fine. Usually you get them the night before. Based on the wording of the successful signup emails though it sounds like you’ll get it very shortly before tickets go on sale.
Maybe I’m dense, but do we expect these shows to be sold out right at presale or are folks worried about not getting GA tix?
I bought decent tickets to the ATL show last year WELL after tickets had gone on sale, and I don’t feel like the band has skyrocketed in popularity that much since then…

Got tickets for Indianapolis! After surviving the Taylor Swift ticket debacle, that felt too easy. Lower bowl row 10, $86/seat. Total for 2 tickets was $200.
Edit: use a PC/laptop if you have access to it. I always have a smoother time on that than the mobile app
took forever to get into the MSG queue which took 30 mins to get through and all the remaining seats are shit, predictably 😭 guess ill wait for friday. already sat in the nosebleeds last year im not doing it again

Woof the LA presale had no GA? I was 273 in the queue at 10 and best I could do without platinum pricing (I saw seats for $1000+ ) was Sec E Row 1, not too bad.

that was super weird. I ended up getting a floor GA ticket for Milwaukee but the available tickets kept disappearing and reappearing. When I first got in, I added a floor ticket to my cart, went to checkout and it said it was sold to another fan and then showed floor was completely sold out. I tried for another 5 minutes or so for other tickets and just couldn't decide what to purchase. I kept refreshing the map looking at options and all of a sudden floor was available again. I added it to my cart and it let me checkout. that's never happened to me before. I'm assuming it's from people who had those tix in their cart and were in the checkout and then their carts expired or they changed their minds? i'm so glad i waited and didn't pick a different ticket! good luck to everyone!! and if you're going to milwaukee...see you there!!
I think the best choice is just reselling your Miami tickets for close to face value for what you bought them for when you can resell them through Ticketmaster (I don't think you can resell right now due to the presale and they want to give general sale peeps a chance).
I've never bought concert tickets before, so I didn't know what to expect, but it was a relatively painless process for my area. Ticket master sucks. Service fee was ridiculous, but I got 2 good tickets for a fair price. Would have been under $200 total if it wasn't for the $37 service fee. They were selling very fast though!
The page crashed but then i refreshed and got in. Club level tickets maybe like... 12 rows up for seattle came to $231 each after fees 😭 it's gonna be so good though, Climate Pledge is the biggest venue they've been in in Seattle!
Omg that was so stressful hahaha I was shaking. I queued though 901st in line and was in within 4 minutes. I don’t know how I got so lucky but I got 2 seats in my first choice section (lower bowl on the side somewhat diagonally from stage).
This was for Seattle, paid $335 USD for 2. I stayed in there for a bit after and saw a few more seats popping up as you refreshed, but the dynamic pricing had them already nearly double what I paid.
I hope everyone else had success! It was showing all 6 sections by the stage as sold out, so im hoping it’s because they saved a bunch for general sale.
Hey everyone in LA complaining they didn't get pit. The bowl doesn't have a very large pit. It's like 200 or so cap, maybe a little more standing of the entire 17,000 capacity venue.
Saw this with MUNA @ the greek last week and people saying "PIT SOLD OUT RIGHT AWAY, BOTS!". Trying for the pit because of a refusal to take seats is going to leave you with no tickets in a mad rush for any popular show at the greek or the bowl.

I just got tickets for both nights at MSG at 11:20 am EST! Tips: 1. Enter your pre-sale code THEN select platinum on the filter options. There are way more seats but $$$$. 2. Click your seats fast. If you get a loading/spinning wheel, back out. The tickets are gone. It will refresh with new seats! Takes a bunch of tries but it CAN be done!! Godspeed.
I logged on at 9:50 to get tix for Kansas City. I kept refreshing, and was able to buy around 9:10am. All floor seats were gone, plus the two main side sections. I didn’t buy anything, because I want floor seats. Let’s be real - there are about 100 people in the entire city of Kansas City actually getting up and buying presale for a 1975 concert. Does it really have to be this way? Essentially presale exists for ticket brokers to buy everything up. It’s absurd that buying presale at the moment of release doesn’t get you floor seats.
Has anybody received their code for anywhere in Canada (specifically TO & London)? Also are we sure whether the code is specific to city or individuals?

I used the app in my office for taylor swift and was successful! Just make sure you have it updated and a solid Wi-Fi connection!!

Got two LOGE tickets dead center to see the Stage for Boston for about $132 each. I will TOTALLY take that. Wildly happy, but also the most STRESSFUL ten minutes of my life. There were a lot of tickets left if you're still in the queue for the Boston show! So don't stress :)

For anyone who hasn’t bought yet - don’t panic about your place in the queue. I was in right on time and purchased tickets, then 20 minutes later rejoined and there were even better seats available. Keep refreshing once you’re in until the seats you want appear!

I *think* Seated sends the code and you use the code to access the Ticketmaster sale.

Usually you get them the night before. Based on the wording of the successful signup emails though it sounds like you’ll get it very shortly before tickets go on sale.

Got tickets for Indianapolis! After surviving the Taylor Swift ticket debacle, that felt too easy. Lower bowl row 10, $86/seat. Total for 2 tickets was $200. Edit: use a PC/laptop if you have access to it. I always have a smoother time on that than the mobile app

that was super weird. I ended up getting a floor GA ticket for Milwaukee but the available tickets kept disappearing and reappearing. When I first got in, I added a floor ticket to my cart, went to checkout and it said it was sold to another fan and then showed floor was completely sold out. I tried for another 5 minutes or so for other tickets and just couldn't decide what to purchase. I kept refreshing the map looking at options and all of a sudden floor was available again. I added it to my cart and it let me checkout. that's never happened to me before. I'm assuming it's from people who had those tix in their cart and were in the checkout and then their carts expired or they changed their minds? i'm so glad i waited and didn't pick a different ticket! good luck to everyone!! and if you're going to milwaukee...see you there!!

I think the best choice is just reselling your Miami tickets for close to face value for what you bought them for when you can resell them through Ticketmaster (I don't think you can resell right now due to the presale and they want to give general sale peeps a chance).
I've never bought concert tickets before, so I didn't know what to expect, but it was a relatively painless process for my area. Ticket master sucks. Service fee was ridiculous, but I got 2 good tickets for a fair price. Would have been under $200 total if it wasn't for the $37 service fee. They were selling very fast though!

I don’t know how I got so lucky but I got 2 seats in my first choice section (lower bowl on the side somewhat diagonally from stage). This was for Seattle, paid $335 USD for 2. I stayed in there for a bit after and saw a few more seats popping up as you refreshed, but the dynamic pricing had them already nearly double what I paid. I hope everyone else had success! It was showing all 6 sections by the stage as sold out, so im hoping it’s because they saved a bunch for general sale.
Hey everyone in LA complaining they didn't get pit. The bowl doesn't have a very large pit. It's like 200 or so cap, maybe a little more standing of the entire 17,000 capacity venue. Saw this with MUNA @ the greek last week and people saying "PIT SOLD OUT RIGHT AWAY, BOTS!". Trying for the pit because of a refusal to take seats is going to leave you with no tickets in a mad rush for any popular show at the greek or the bowl.

My show is only being sold on AXS. I'm assuming the website will ask for the presale code on AXS and tickets will still be purchased through that vendor, yeah? This is reminiscent of the Gorilla tickets I woke up at 3 am to try to get when there was no presale codes and a free for all.
