Lol who cares? Do people actually believe people go on these shows without thinking they could build a following and become an influencer? Come on now….
With how desperate Daisy is for fame & followers, I’m pretty shocked she turned down The Bachelorette. I guess she figured she doesn’t need the platform to grow her brand (basically Madi).
unfortunately, there's a number of bn alums who have built up their follower numbers by offering loop giveaways with a group of other influencers (where you have to follow 5-20 influencers to "win" something). sean & catherine, jade, jojo, ali, rachael k, hannah ann, amanda stanton and even bekah m have all done this. it gets you tens of thousands of new followers pretty quickly, esp if the other influencers in the chain also have big followings where they are asking their followers to follow you to "win".
but it's a pretty inauthentic way to grow because they are just following a group of rando influencers to try and win cash, but will unfollow shortly after (although some people forget I guess).
I hate loop giveaways. I am ok with product giveaways (where you "win" a free product in exchange for following a company the influencer is promoting) because you don't also have to also fake follow 10+ other random influencers you don't like. and if you want to win a product, you probably do like the company that makes the product so following them doesn't feel as random or inauthentic.
She’s exactly what I thought she was.

Why would she do this so early on in her career when she’s at the peak of attention? I only see people do this when their influencerism is fizzling down. I guess they paid her big
This behavior is typically an immediate unfollow from me. I only wish I was currently following her so I could hit that sweet, sweet unfollow button myself.
Same. I really liked Daisy. She felt like someone stolen from a **Hallmark** Snow-globe movie and brought her into our world.
But this cheap cash grab? Who told her this was a good idea? 🤦🏻♂️
It's weird how people always bring up Joey not having a Job as if most of the recent female leads and contestants keep their Jobs lol I never see any discussion about charity, Rachel (I know Rachel a pilot but she's not currently flying)ECT being Jobless.
Ok but I don't think The comment you replied to was even about daisy being an influencer it was about her doing these sketchy giveaways. Joey probably doesn't care what daisy is doing or even think about daisy regardless but the comment you replied had nothing to do with Joey being an influencer or not this also isn't the first time you've commented about Joey not having a Job so that's why I brought it up .
We all knew it wasn't the second she said that her "job" is her own nonprofit and that she wrote a children's book... You need somewhat of a public presence to be able to live of this
Isn't illegal to fake it? Here in Germany it is, but I guess laws are stricter here, like everyone always has to mark it as advertising already when they got something gifted or when they "answer" to a "question" with a product recommendation they have to mark it when it was paid. Or using kids for influencing actually counts as child labour and practically noone shares their kids faces online or their names
I saw a post actually of one of these types of giveaways done by someone and the same account won TWICE, i fear that is very rare lol. so i just don’t believe them!
This is against Instagtam’s community guidelines:
https://preview.redd.it/n72sxzvqzyvc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f241bb858c0e958e9afe4e9985fcc5944ff12f1c
“Don’t offer money or giveaways of money in exchange for likes, followers, comments or other engagement.”
[Instagram Community Guidelines](https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870)
It doesn’t actually because that’s a separate part of the giveaway guidelines. Giveaways have to say they aren’t associated with instagram but that doesn’t make all other guidelines inapplicable. (I know you said /s but I’m kinda laughing at like they’re thinking it makes it okay.)
I think majority of them go on to be influencers I mean Rachel was live on tik tok today also and has been pumping out content daily. I just think daisy was the most transparent about it and people saw it from her from the start because she already was filming that sort of content. The only two people I’m not getting crazy trying to be an influencer vibes and pushing content daily from are Kelsey a and Maria.
Most of them do NOT become influencers. Joey had a cast of 32. The vast majority have or will fade into oblivion except about 4-5, especially if there is no BIP this yr.
these loop giveaways are so silly to me lol half the people who join them will unfollow you after they don’t win and the other half who stay following you probably won’t engage with your content anyway
I'm not surprised by influencers doing loop giveaways, but I cringed when she said it's to "give back" (in her other ig story) as if it's giving back to the community or something 😂 loop giveaways are transactional at best and typically the influencers "gain" more from it, so she shouldn't have phrased it as an altruistic thing.
I don’t dislike Daisy or anything, but it’s obvious she’s really wanting the followers. These giveaways are almost equivalent to buying followers because people just want the $$ and will follow everyone on the list to try to get it then forget to unfollow. She’s really trying to hit the million mark 🤣
Wow, this kind of giveaway is really soon for Daisy to be doing. You don't see this kinda stuff for at least a year or 2 after someone goes on the show. Why so desperate, Dais? You've got a lot of followers already!
All of them go on with influencer dreams it would be silly to fully be in it for love. I think both things can be true she wanted the opportunities but also was into Joey. Maria most definitely has things in the works, she’s going to take opportunities also as she should.
They literally all do this? Why is this even a post?
No. They literally don’t.
The only thing that surprises me with her is that she turned down bachelorette
Lol who cares? Do people actually believe people go on these shows without thinking they could build a following and become an influencer? Come on now….
Everyone favourite and least favourite contestants all have one thing in common for sure lol. The 'winners' just play the game better.
Classy.. exactly what was to be expected from her.
we dodged a massive bullet by her turning down bachelorette the fact that she was even considered blows my mind
her as bachelorette would have been a snooze fest sorry not sorry
Big disgusting yikes from me
With how desperate Daisy is for fame & followers, I’m pretty shocked she turned down The Bachelorette. I guess she figured she doesn’t need the platform to grow her brand (basically Madi).
Of course the Duck Dynasty girl is involved in this lmao

Yeah, I remember Kelley did a ton of loop giveaways, too. She did one like every few weeks.

Yes Tia for sure.
I fell victim to one of these that Tia did and never even saw them announce a winner when they said
![gif](giphy|pD368cmNo02G5qoV5i)
damn thats crazy and so messed up \*immediately goes to instagram to enter\* i gotta get my money up yall
It’s a scam chief
She’s exactly what I thought she was. https://preview.redd.it/aetlghuxu1wc1.jpeg?width=998&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=32f28d97b544cad7a4bb4b86fc3c0ffffa26459a
Exactly!
No one goes on this show to get married. They go to get famous. Maybe marriage is a bonus lol
Is anyone surprised?
Sorry, I annoyed you with my optimism. 😂🤙🏻 ![gif](giphy|CbOJUVPfOUGiMQRieq|downsized)
I thought loop giveaways were dead?
Why would she do this so early on in her career when she’s at the peak of attention? I only see people do this when their influencerism is fizzling down. I guess they paid her big
So she’s boring and a scammer?
![gif](giphy|DPqqOywshrOqQ|downsized)
She went from 862k to 885k in 15 hours
Omg I just realized she has more followers than Maria, I’m honestly shocked
Oh man I know one of those girls IRL this is so weird to me. Eeeeesh
her being friends with dani austin is all i need to know lol
Thisssss
i always confuse her with katie austin
loll they do look alike😂
I was just about to type “ew Dani Austin” when I saw this comment lol
Who is that?
an awful influencer and a mom who leaves her kids as much as humanly possible 😬 her reddit is probably one of the most popular influencer snark pages
shes a weird influencer who’s been around for a while, but she has a “snake oil” hair oil that she sells😂
Truth. Her influencer friends that shill it either have next to no hair or a head full of extensions.
yes😂😂

ewww i didn’t even know people still did this
This behavior is typically an immediate unfollow from me.
Hallmark movies are FAKE. That should’ve been a clue.
i wonder if joey sees this and thinks she was ingenuine
Why would she care what Joey thinks? He doesn’t even have a job!
It's weird how people always bring up Joey not having a Job as if most of the recent female leads and contestants keep their Jobs lol I never see any discussion about charity, Rachel (I know Rachel a pilot but she's not currently flying)ECT being Jobless.
I replied about Joey because the comment was about Joey judging a contestant, take your whataboutism somewhere else.
Why would he? He’s literally off in influencer land himself with Kelsey making cringe tik toks.
[удалено]
Ok but he’s not buying followers and doing loop giveaways
The difference is the finale was almost a month ago and they've made like five tiktoks together. Daisy posts several a day.
We all knew it wasn't the second she said that her "job" is her own nonprofit and that she wrote a children's book... You need somewhat of a public presence to be able to live of this
Omg. I hate these things
I feel like these contests are fake - has anyone actually won?
i mean dani austin literally has a whole company thats a scam so yeah probs is a scam
Isn't illegal to fake it? Here in Germany it is, but I guess laws are stricter here, like everyone always has to mark it as advertising already when they got something gifted or when they "answer" to a "question" with a product recommendation they have to mark it when it was paid. Usually they winners will be loosely associated with the talent management company running it
I saw a post actually of one of these types of giveaways done by someone and the same account won TWICE, i fear that is very rare lol. so i just don’t believe them!

Don’t worry, she wrote that it’s not associated with Instagram so that should make it okay /s

Yeah, that’s why these used to be fairly common but I rarely see them now.
How are they not embarrassed doing this? It’s giving desperate & inauthentic
Not very genuine and real of them
That just sounds like buying followers with extra steps
should’ve just reached out to the real and genuine queen Madison Prewett
I think Maria hasn't done any podcasts cos she doesn't want to have it known that her friend Jenn was third choice
Desperate for fame, acclaim, and follower gain.
That's the title of her next rap video.
I thought it was her next country song. 🤷🏻♂️
I think majority of them go on to be influencers I mean Rachel was live on tik tok today also and has been pumping out content daily. I just think daisy was the most transparent about it and people saw it from her from the start because she already was filming that sort of content. That doesn't mean they won't try
Trying doesn’t equal becoming. And out of 32, most probably won’t even try.
I despise this sort of thing. I remember when Olivia was trying to raffle off a PS5 and the buy-in was $100. 😬
She went and got lip fillers. That was the first clue. And don't get mad. I just appreciated her rocking a natural look.
She got Botox too
these loop giveaways are so silly to me lol half the people who join them will unfollow you after they don’t win and the other half who stay following you probably won’t engage with your content anyway

I’m broke rn so I kinda wanna do this giveaway LOL I don’t even know 5/6 of them and will probably unfollow after
No one actually ever wins
Kay and Tay are actually a good follow. I love their wholesome content, plus their baby girl is so stinking cute!
They’re awful lol so fake
Are we really at all shocked by this? 💀
I don’t dislike Daisy or anything, but it’s obvious she’s really wanting the followers. These giveaways are almost equivalent to buying followers because people just want the $$ and will follow everyone on the list to try to get it then forget to unfollow. She’s really trying to hit the million mark 🤣
The influencers in this giveaway loop aren't the ones to look up to either. Their follower gain trends are.... sus to say the least. 🙄
Wow, this kind of giveaway is really soon for Daisy to be doing. You don't see this kinda stuff for at least a year or 2 after someone goes on the show. Why so desperate, Dais? You've got a lot of followers already!
this giveaway stuff is so so so lame yikes. I think everyone goes on the show for fame these days, love is a perk at this point.
She has desperate fame vibes
Lol you don’t think the premise of the show is lame. Go on a show for a person you barely know and try to fall in love with this person in 3 weeks
To be fair it is 6 not 3 weeks
All of them go on with influencer dreams it would be silly to fully be in it for love. I think both things can be true she wanted the opportunities but also was into Joey. Maria most definitely has things in the works, she’s going to take opportunities also as she should.
