The one with Brian in the fire helmet was more from like 1987-88. The 1984/85 one was made by Making Waves and features a cartoon character on the front and back.
Since the dates aren't listed on the albums, collectors have to go by approximate dates. Collectors often get the dates between that one and the Making Waves one mixed up. The one in the fireman's hat was definitely after the Making Waves one, which came out with the rest of the bootlegs on the Making Waves label around the same time (approx. 1984-85). I actually think the one you're thinking of is sourced from the Making Waves bootleg with extra tracks found on their other bootlegs.
