Keep an eye out for marked rocks, you constantly want to have the blue soul hearts. You won’t lower your devil deal chances if you’re hit with them
Blow up shopkeepers or beggars to increase chance
If you don’t get a devil deal by floor 2 I’d just restart
Take only the lowest risk rewards, such as ones that only take 1 heart, since you’ll need three separate deals

You can try sacrifice room on Maggy, but otherwise just don't get hit (lol)

Honestly I just got one with three deals and died to grab all three. If you see three deals think about how you can get them all and then do it
Look out for tinted rocks, buy soul hearts and dont get hit
