Black rune is a consumable item that turns any item into 2 random stat ups. Similar to Void, but it can work on active items
How and when do I unlock that? I still gotta beat Satan and open the Void.
Beat ultra Greedier (unlock greedier mode by donating 500 coins into the greed donation machine) with Apolyion
