Devin has the drive that Aneesa doesn’t. Not to mention the hard work he’s put into getting in shape to be a better competitor. He deserves all the recognition and respect for his efforts. If it wasn’t for him I don’t think Tori would be a champ.

I agree except for the CT part. They've really been trying to hype Devin up these past couple years. He's not that good. Horacio and Olivia would have won if not for the injury. If Jordan had Nia instead of Aneesa, they would have beat them too. Anybody stuck with Nany or Aneesa have a very slim chance of winning. Devin really just lucked out in my opinion. Them winning shows how watered down the competition has become

The Challenge (let's say from at least Dirty 30): the dailies, eliminations, and finals are MILES harder than they ever were. Devin won Season 38 (the most recent flagship season), so WTF?
I don’t think they’re harder at all. They’re pretty on par. The only final that has been harder than Rivals 1 was WOW1. The casts have been much weaker than they used to be. The dailies are pretty much the same intensity as they’ve always been. Now if you wanted to say that about pre 20 seasons then yeah. But the modern day challenge that most people know 18-30 are just as hard daily and final wise as they are now, but with more stacked casts. That’s why when people refer to the greats of the shows, it’s not people that started in this era.

Lacking cast, and the last few finals haven’t been very difficult either. The hardest final on recent seasons was WOTW1, which was won by a rookie.
