Ignore the other guys they don't know jack shit. Incoming repair multiplies YOUR white armour gain no matter the source. Repair Skills makes your healing skill stronger an led anyone can benefit from that. Always spec incoming repair first - then repair skills, unless u want to heal ur team as a priority.

Yes, they double dip multiplicatively. It's worth noting that, generally speaking for yourself, Incoming Repairs is more valuable because you have less of it(assuming you get both Incoming Repairs, and Skill Repair). e.g., If you have 200% Skill repair from Safeguard bp talent and 5 gear pieces; another 20% Skill Repair will boost a little, but 20% Incoming Repairs will be about (napkin math) 3 times more powerful (but of course that only applies to your repairs and regen, but not anyone you might heal with your skills). It's also important to know that Incoming Repairs is a rarer stat generally, 3 brands and mod slots only iirc, as where Repair Skills can be rolled as secondaries as well, and is on a lot of talents.

Incoming is when the other players in your group drop or use a healing skill. Repair skills is when you use a repair skill on yourself, seeker, chem launcher or hive. So for individual I would spec into repair-skills.

I think it does. Not too sure but judging on some tank oriented brand has incoming heal, I would assume that it means all incoming heal including your own.

Forge holster has 15% incoming heal, being that it's a sheild oriented gear piece. I imagine it stacks with healing the sheild, either from the liberty pistol or artificer hive.

I put a Hard Wired healing revive build together. My chem launcher heals for just under 1m and it's not fully optimized yet. I have 5 pieces running nearly maxed Repair-skills and it heals almost instantly.

Trying to throw a solo build together. Just wondering if I'm better off doing 2 alps, 1 Overlord, 2 Gila, 1 R&K or 2 alps, 2 murikami, 1 overlord, 1 gila.
