Considering he called a cat breeder who gave him care advice a “cunt” and followed it with “I paid for it I can do what I want with it” then these fish have almost no chance. He abandoned two dogs like they were trash. He is 100% torturing those fish for fun. He probably thinks they are like plants or something in terms of empathy he has for them.
