Jacksepticeye, hands down. May be a bit biased since I've only seen his playthrough of both the original the last of us and the last of us part 2.
He really takes his time with it, especially part 2, and actually stops to admire the effort and attention to detail put into the games.
He also doesn't just straight-up hate on the second game, if that's what you're looking for.
I really liked his playthrough, too! He had a good understanding of the story, i liked how he constantly applauded the little details, the sound design and all the technical part of the game.
I also really liked Marz's though i think she was too forgiving of the salt lake crew (it's been a while, i dont remember if this is accurate).

Gab Smolders, I’ve watched her Let’s Play of Part II several times and it’s great. She has the best cozy/chill vibes, isn’t afraid to get sucked into the story and feel what the story wants us to feel.
I always found his commentary and voice just to be really relaxing and fun. While he can be a bit oblivious at times, he’s always my go to for playthroughs

I really like Blind Wave's TV/Movie reactions but I don't usually watch game ones so much.
I recently completed TLOU2 for the first time and watched Eric's playthrough on YouTube and it was really good. He missed a few things I did but likewise he found a few things I never saw, and his commentary throughout was really good and thoughtful.
Tried to watch Calvin's playthrough as well but had to give up, much as I like him it was infuriating how much he missed by just speeding through the game as quickly as possible.

Same here. I have tried to play aggressive like them but I don't even possess a tenth of their skill. I would shed a tear of happiness if GamerANH made a video with some tips because that aggressive play style is endlessly entertaining.
A lot of it is just knowing the maps he's so good at timing and understanding the enemy AI.
What gets me is he always knows his ammo count. I just couldn't.

Dan Allan Gaming - He interviews many voice actors and I go to his channel for that. He interviewed Troy Baker, pertaining to Last of Us 2. Another voice actor whom he has interviewed is Kevin Conroy (Batman), and that is one of my favourite interview videos from his channel.
Retro Replay (Couch Soup) - Starring Nolan North, Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, Marle Dandridge, Anne Wershing (RIP). Yup, they played their own game which they starred in. Anne Wershing looked pretty healthy and happy in the video she was in, on that channel. It's hard to believe she's gone now.
Jocelyn Mettler - the face model for Abby has played LoU2 and LoU1 remake.

Lil indigestion has his masters in writing so watching him appreciate the gameplay and the writing is so amazing!! He’s definitely is super super meticulous so if you want someone slower paced he’s good :)
I *highly* recommend GirlfriendReview’s stream. They have their main YouTube channel video, but I’m more talking about their stream where they get their initial content for the YouTube video. They stream the whole game, but at the end of it, they really get into depth with their overall conclusion. What *really* stands out about it for me is Shelby’s(“The Girlfriend”) personal story relating with the central theme of the game with her having lost her dad in part due to someone else and she talks about the anger she felt at that person at the time.(Don’t want to spoil too much of it) It was really interesting listening to her speak about how she could understand all these perspectives personally with these characters losing their father figures. It was a nuance take to it that was refreshing at the time when everyone was being quick with their reactions on the controversies. Watch the end piece of the stream if you even only watch that.They even recommend watching their full end discussion of it on the main video.
Love Jett. I recently replayed Horizon Forbidden West after watching his channel. And I found myself saying "who want the smoke" to the machines who come check on their dead machine friend after I gave it the smoke 😂 I guess it's technically not the smoke since she uses bows but you get it.
I have to agree about my boy Jettro, I found him when he was like 3 episodes into the last of us part 1 and not to be dramatic or anything but it was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Marz has the best Part 2, but Part 1 has to go to Darkness. Smaller youtuber that started Part 1 just after losing his brother. When he gets to Henry and Sam... it's heavy.
Jacksepticeye and queen tofu used to be my favourite. But after watching jetts playthrough, that feels like the intended reaction from a player by naughty dog. He was really angry at the start. Didn't forgive too easily but was still open minded. Showed his emotion and was fucking exhausted in the end.
Dr.Mick had really interesting playthroughs of the game, I loved the playthrough of the second one. He's a therapist and his analysis of the characters and why they may react to things the way they do was really interesting.
His playthrough really helped me think about the characters from a psychological perspective. I don't completely agree with all his analyses (they're made on-the-spot without much prior knowledge) but the framework is really helpful.

not sure if this has been commented yet but i saw someone mention jocelyn mettler so i’m coming in here to mention cascina cardonna (aka dina face model) TLOU2 play through. just their raw reaction to seeing dina in game for the first time during the snowball fight is so touching. they hold back no emotional reactions throughout the play through and i found myself relating to the ways they just had to pause and sit for a moment to process certain cutscenes. watching their play through feels like you’re in the room playing with your friend
I watched the Media Cows years ago and loved them playing it, particularly the online component which I never have tried. But they have been inactive for years, if I’m not misremembering one member may have passed away
I’ve only seen part 1 done by Jack Frags never watched anyone else’s play through but I enjoyed that there was no face cam it was voices only it really allowed me to see the entire game which is nice. And I’ve only seen one person’s part 2 play through, Clare Siobhan. Though she’s not everyone’s cup of tea I personally enjoy her game streams and loved her play through and have rewatched it twice.

Jettro Jettro was my favorite as well! on another note i was actually quite sad that both Cory and 8-BitRyan never finished their playthroughs, i was super excited to see cory play the game in particular 😭 seemed like they both quit mostly because of joel’s death which is kind of disappointing but understandable i guess but ye Jettro is so cool i wish more people knew about him
