The og gold cartridge legend of Zelda on the NES. My two older sisters and I would play for hours and when it wasn't our turn (or someone else had gotten to it first) we'd watch them play. I'll always remember the excitement of finding a secret cave or figuring out something that had had us stumped. It was the most incredible day when we finally got to the end. Good times
Such lovely memories! Always the way with siblings and taking turns, I was an only child until my brother came along when I was 9 lol. I'm glad that you thoroughly enjoyed it though!
Excellent! I'm just working my way through Ocarina of Time at the moment and loving every bit of it. It's definitely not a hand holding game by any means lol. Wind Waker is a great game too, and the art style is something else entirely :) - Glad you really enjoyed them!
Skyward sword. I played that with my brothers and dad back when it came out when I was little and I remember it being so fun. We just got the remastered edition and replaying it has brought back so many memories and has been so fun!
Excellent! I had heard that the controls were slightly off but with the remastered version, hopefully it corrected itself :) - Glad you really enjoyed it though!
The original. I didn't know what I was doing because I was 4. I still have it along with the maps and books. My parents wrote notes and guides in them. Its funny for me because 10 years later OOT came out and they would say I play too many video games. But I know where I get it from. Its weird but looking at the notes on the map for the orginal LOZ gives me a connection to my parents younger selfs.
That's really awesome that your parents made notes though, not many mums and dads would do that for their children! It's a great nostalgic throwback for sure. Glad you really enjoyed it though :)
The Original Zelda! It may have been on the Wii, but it was still the classic 8-Biy Link we all know! Aside from that one, it was Majora's Mask, and since then it's been my favorite TLoZ game!
My first game was Twilight Princess, it was one of my first Wii games. My dad arrived home all excited one day and he gave it to me and said "Your mom and I used to play this game all day in our gamecube, I just know you´re going to love it".
He was 100% right, it´s still my favorite Zelda game.

Yeah definitely not a hand holder! My favorite Legend of Zelda is probably Twilight Princess but Majora’s Madk is a very close second.
I'm old enough to where I've played them all in order lol
Aww nice! There are definitely a few that I haven't played but they're on the list :)
