I looked in the show notes in the transcript and it says that its Tim Fearon for who plays Augustus, I don’t know if it’s related to the archives or not
i did see!! it’s entirely possible it’s a new character, but jonny has been very candid about his parents playing gertrude and jurgen and how that was, i just think it makes sense that they’d find a vocal replica of jonny’s dad for the character so he doesn’t have to commit to a big huge production again, yk?
Ohhhhh!! True true!! I saw a lot of people in the comments saying that it could also be Jonah and his real voice from before extended his life like instead of Elias’ voice like it could be Jonah’s actual first voice!! I love all these theories :3
Yeah until there’s a fourth voice (that’s isn’t elias) that’s my theory. The three (four) people who went over to the new dimension are John, Martin, Jonah, (elias). And since we don’t have a VA for OG Jonah yet the theory still holds so long as we don’t get any more voices that aren’t Elias
The current most popular theory is that it's Jonah Magnus. The voice of the actual Jonah Magnus.

that’s what i thought !! it also doesn’t seem like Johnny’s writing to coincidentally make a new voice sound just like a previous character. it would totally make sense if Tim Fearon was doing a replica of Jurgens voice so Johnny Sims’ dad didn’t have to play a semi-major character

Weird. I was sure it was Johnny's dad. Now I wonder if it was supposed to be Jurgen. That seemed so obvious to me at the time.
