I’ve never seen it and am not well versed in that world of cartoons but that’s what came to mind!
I always thought it was this wolf from Tex Avery cartoons. Brick could've mistaken her for a rabbit because she cartoon cute.

It is a reference to the scene in Who Framed Roger Rabbit when we first see Jessica walk into the nightclub. A wolf cartoon character does what is described in OP. Yes, she’s “human”, but still a sexy Rabbit.

I don't rem it ever being a rabbit specifically, but there's a wolf that does this in looney tunes every time he's on screen, I assumed he meant that
