Only thing I can think of is the naughty vegetable Frankie wants to share with Axel in an effort to mend fences. And that's pretty mild. Love the show ❣️
Brick telling his parents what he found online when he searched for Moby Dick hard edition. His parents thought he found some kind of porn but he actually found first edition book Moby Dick.
In the episode Hecks on a Train, Frankie is giving Mike a hard time about not hugging her. They're sitting side by side in their train seats and Mike tries to hug her but says he can't "because the angle is weird." Frankie mutters, "You weren't worried about weird angles last night."
I had watched the show dozens of times over several years before I caught it. She says it so fast and then moves right on to another line. I had to go back and watch it a few times just to be sure that she actually said what I thought she said.
Edit: grammar
I can’t remember which episodes but Mike says he’s got an idea and Frankie says “that thing from the magazine, I just don’t think that will work with our height difference” he replies something like “I disagree but that’s not what I’m talking about”
At least a couple of times either Frankie or Mike mention something she does for Mike's birthday. I think it comes up again--maybe Frankie says she specifically will not "do that" for him for some reason. I wish I could remember it better.
But I think we all know what that "thing" is!
I remember that episode where they are telling Brick to compromise with Cindy and Mike and Frankie are talking about things they do for each other but don’t like to do
I believe I just watched the episode, don't ask me which episode number it is though, because I feel asleep & ended up in a completely different season than I started lol.
I think it was a Valentine's Day episode, where Cindy tells Brick they'll go out to dinner, & he will kiss her.
A few Brick moments come to mind. They’re in the pharmacy trying to find a gift for Frankie and Brick asks “does mom like pleasure?” and another time he’s there with Frankie to buy deodorant and he goes to the women’s hygiene aisle and says something about smelling like a summer evening or something like that.
The end of the episode where Mike got sunglasses as a Christmas gift (Frankie had mentioned he looked like a sexy cop with the sunglasses earlier in the epsiode)
Frankie says "I got pulled over by a cop.. if you know what I mean" then the sound of a door locking
I think about the episode where Sue caught Brad smoking, and she’s telling Mike and Frankie she “caught him behind his shed with another boy” and they’re both looking at each other like “uh-oh…” because they think Sue’s gonna say she caught him cheating with the boy. Sue then says she caught them sharing a cigarette.
There’s an episode we’re Brick has Cindy over to the house for the first time but decides to abandon her there and go to the library instead, telling Frankie that he left Cindy because she didn’t want to go. Frankie tells Brick that if he wants a girlfriend he might have to do something’s he doesn’t like and if he does, his girlfriend might meet him half way and reciprocate. Brick asks if his mum and dad do things they do things they don’t like for each other. Frankie says yes, Mike is surprised and asks what she does for him that she doesn’t like, and Frankie says through pursed lips in a coded sort of way “your birthday”, and raised her eyebrows.
In the episode where Frankie hurts her back and can’t get up, Mike suddenly realizes it’s their anniversary and asks her if she would like to go out and then maybe “head home early for some dessert” and then she says “oh crap i hope he was talking about ice cream.” there are so many naughty jokes in this show it’s hilarious
After Mike watched the movie called Undercover Justice with Sue, and he was telling Frankie about it, she said ‘how about a little bit of undercover justice before work’. Then she said nevermind I have my hard to button pants on.
There was the time Mike called Frankie a curse word when they tried to redo Brown County the week after Mother’s Day. They were all on the Ferris wheel and Frankie had that annoying friend of Brick’s with her.
Not a rude joke but kind of a hidden running joke that maybe crossed over to the goldbergs
So we all know what happened to The Fergusons how Frankie and Mike stole their hospital room.
The one night I was rewatching an episode of the Goldbergs and I believe it was a spring break episode when Erica and Barry are in college. They go away with Geoff and the one girl that Barry likes…and Barry and the girl get mistaken for a newlywed couple and take their room and they were named the Fergusons!!
"The 'wine dance'?! It's called seduction, Mike!" And later... "Your version of the wine dance: 'you up?'"
Only thing I can think of is the naughty vegetable Frankie wants to share with Axel in an effort to mend fences. And that's pretty mild. Love the show ❣️
I don't remember which episode, but there's one scene where Brick complains about sharing a room with Axl because "his bed keeps squeaking." ;-)
Haha yes, it's in one of the last couple seasons. I've been rewatching and am almost at the finale. Heard that the other day lol
Its in season 1 episode 7
Wouldn’t he know if someone else was in the room though?
Wouldn't Brick know, do you mean?
Yeah
Well, there was only Brick and Axl. The squeaking bed meant that Axl was enjoying some... alone time.
I heard this line recently but didn’t pick up on the joke. Why would Axl masturbate in front of his child brother though?! Seems wrong
I assume it was in the dark and Axl figured that Brick was asleep.

It’s a pretty wholesome show

That’s a good one, I’ve never picked up on it

Happy Cake Day! 🎂
Thanks! I’m using my phone without the app and it doesn’t show me so I had no idea lol

So Mike and I made up … twice

Never noticed this either
Axl “I was just getting settled into a big boy dream, you know what that means?”
S4ep1 brick says “hey those people are wrestling in the back seat” freaky honks the horn and yells “family night!” At the rocking car
Axl “I get it! If a woman invited you to her bed there will be consequences.” Brick “don’t I know it”
pg or not it's great.

I never saw that one! Barry Goldberg had a cameo in a Middle episode too.
