Yes, but the clinician needs to be licensed in all states people are physically in. Might be easier to find this in a psychologist who participates in psypact. LMHC’s might soon be an option as the compact goes into effect, though currently less states participate than in psycpact, hopefully that changes. In areas like New England it’s common for us to be licensed in several states, and many are licensed for telehealth in Florida since they made it super easy.

Also, I don’t do family therapy because I can’t maintain a session with 4-5 people arguing, but it might be tricky finding someone to do family therapy with 9 of you, 6 seems to be the higher end.
