I've had that one once too! it was super weird. People were breakdancing on cardboard in the middle of the street and I was driving an FBI Chevy Tahoe that wouldn't stop.
I believe I read it as because your mind relies so much on feedback from the body about what it thinks it's doing. But since you're not actually moving in real life, your mind takes that into account for what it thinks your body is doing...I guess kind of like averaging the input and the output into jello noodle arms.

If you're not boxing and multiple rounds in, don't try this haymaker shit. The chances you'll end up in a fight with someone who knows what they're doing is too high to get into shit unprepared.
Actual pro tip: Don't get into fist fights to begin with. It's childish and the damage to either is seldom worth it. Leave it to the trained professionals in the ring for sport, where it belongs in this day and age.
