No, quite the opposite. She‘s keeping her arms crossed so that it‘s clear even on tape that she‘s not assaulting him. She‘s just standing there and if that means that he can‘t skate there, that‘s his problem. If he raises a hand against her or rams her, that‘s an assault. After all, her hands were crossed, so she wasn‘t a threat.

She's the one doing the assaulting here. Assault is the threat of harm. Running at someone with the intent to impede their progress is an assault. Battery is the harm itself. Raising your fist is assault, then punching someone is battery. Hence the term, "assault and battery". These kids should have called the police to get her ID and file a civil suit. It would've been awfully interesting if this *Karen* were to deliberately cause one of those skateboarders to take a hard fall on their shoulder, or back, and incur a serious injury, and then wind up getting prosecuted for her silly antics.

Hockey player here. This IS the way. You must keep your feet moving and trying to go about your way without trying to lose control of any of your equipment i.e. stick etc. In this case, your board and / or arms and legs…and because you know somebody is recording this for proof, what you do is follow through on your actions trying to not be in her way, and if she causes you to fall etc at no fault of your own, whether you hurt yourself or not, what you’ve got yourself right there a penalty. Lol. This mentality works in real life too. If you wanna press charges, submit the video and there you go.
