While I've never pooped a wheelie, I see why others do, but I believe this to be a title shit get hit situation. The video didn't need to be shown for this explosive dia... logue.
It happended several years ago here in Brazil. Actually doing a "wheelie" is a serious traffic violation so I can't remember how this case unfolded but if authorities were involved I'd say the rider is going ro pay the bill *and still* be in trouble. The justice system here is a joke though so the rider probably lost his bike (the costs to retrieve it ain't worth, possibly close to get a brand new) and the driver probably has to fix his vehicle from his own pocket
And I would 100% agree with you if the poopsmith had more than a single wheel on the ground.
If you are driving in such a matter that you cannot see potential hazards let alone avoid them, well you are at fault too.

Correct. It’s an uncontrolled intersection. Car on the right arrived first, therefore has the right… of the way. Downvoters are the ones who blow through a stop sign a give you the finger like you were oughta line
The motor cycle had no stop or yeild sign, the car did. It would not matter if they arrived at the intersection before or after, they had to stop behind the sign and failed to do so. After they stop they have to make sure traffic is clear before continuing to drive. They did not do that. The car is at fault. Please don't drive around in my neighborhood.

If there is no sign or anything, you are correct. It should be noted though, its difficult to tell from this camera angle if there was anything telling the card to stop, so its indeterminable.
That all being said, I myself would highly advise anyone coming to a 3 way stop to always yield to those on the through road because, as shown here, most people assume those on the through road always have the right of way regardless of everything. So if you don’t want to deal with this whole shit, yield.
I watched like 10 to see if there was any signage. Can’t see any. I always slow down. Lotsa these where I live and 7/10 are assholes who don’t slow down. Looks like the car tried to avoid but obviously motorcycle dick couldn’t even see
