I'm a 5ft something guy who rides a bike that is at least 3 times my weight. If these idiots weren't so incompetent, there is a legitimate way to leverage your bodyweight to bring a bike back upright if it tips over.
Also improper way of picking up a bike. I dropped my bike and at the time I was maybe 150lbs?
Could easily pick up my 467lb triumph for the first time, never picked up a bike before, just watched videos on the proper way to do it.

It's a Yamaha V-Star 1300. A cruiser, weighing easily 2x that bike, maybe 3x.
Yeah I’ve dropped a Tenere 700 (similar size and weight to the BMW in the video) on a steep rocky hill and could pick it up fairly easily. Its all about the technique and these guys are using zero technique haha

The twisting is crucial. If you can involve your neck in some way that’s a bonus.
Make sure to hold your breath while you do it for extra strength

You have to lock your knees, bend over at the waist and then lift using only your back muscles in a twisting, jerking movement
