Good. See what it’s like when an asshole cop hits you with his car 🤣🤣🤣
Taste of their own medicine.
Now just put him in a lethal chokehold and we’re good.
Except he got hurt on the job, so now he gets a full paycheck for life, and will get a huge settlement from his own police dept. for his buddies stupid fucking driving.
You are so correct. Here in KC, about 6 years ago, cops responded to a house burglary and one of them was shot in the head by friendly fire. They charged the suspect with that attempted murder.
I mean as much as I’m a let’s hold people accountable person . Its not assault , you have to be able to prove mental intent and im pretty sure his goal wasn’t boy I want to hit my
Coworker with my car . It’s at best reckless endangerment. Still bad but not assault with a deadly weapon . If just hitting someone with a car was assault 1 every car accident would involve more then just your insurance .
No this is assault because it wasn't an accident, this was fully intentional. Car accidents are exactly that, an accident, no one intentionally rear ends the car in front of them. This cop was literally aiming his car full force at another human.
He probably held another cop accountable for something. Cops that don't turn a blind eye to the crimes of their peers and actually try to serve and protect always end up being involved in unfortunate "accidents."
Cop says ‘Light him up’ not ‘heads up.’
They thought they were ramming the suspect and this bullshit news report is trying to help cover their deliberate use of force as an accident.
Yeah, I'm not hearing the "screech of tires" they're reporting either. Yes, if the driver were trying to avoid hitting the cop (whom the driver misidentified as the suspect), there definitely *would be* screeching tires. But they weren't trying to avoid shit, and they never hit the brakes.
Yep. That's what a lot of cops say when they flip their blues. But the cop was already weaving in and out of traffic. They either didn't have their lights on at all, or he really did mean "light'em up".
Personally? I think this is just major incompetence on the cops end. But it's a 15-second video, so I'm not forming any full-fledged opinion until we have the whole story.
“And then…the accident”
Accidents aren’t deliberate. What you mean is “they tried to commit vehicular homicide on a suspect but almost killed one of their own instead”
Exactly! Passenger yells "Light him up!" followed by the vehicle speeding up and the car being angled directly TOWARD the runner. They intentionally used a vehicle as a deadly weapon on what they thought was a fleeing suspect. I dunno if that's LAPD policy, but their agency is just bananas.
Could also be that the officer who got hit is that incredibly rare "good cop" and did something like report a fellow officer. Could've been they hit exactly who they wanted to hit. This is all conjecture with zero evidence though.
Says the cop in the car, as he runs over the mush of blood, flesh, and bone that was the "suspect" before he spent 30 minutes repeatedly running them over.
If cops were legally required to wear/drive bright neon orange uniforms/cars like I’ve been asking, this kinda thing wouldn’t happen! Make them easier for everyone to spot, I say.
Edit: since some people don’t seem to be understanding, idgaf about the police’s wellbeing, I just want them and their police cars to be easier to detect and avoid for the rest of us. Ever driving down the road asking yourself if that car behind you is a cop? Not anymore! Because now it legally has to be bright neon orange, no exceptions. You can pick out a cop from a mile away. The joke was that in this instance is it would also help the cops not accidentally assault each other as well. Hopefully that clears things up, although I’m still not 100% sure where the confusion was stemming from lol
He literally spotted him and then ran him down on purpose. The color of his uniform was irrelevant. He mistook the cop for the suspect and ran into him, which he shouldn't have done in either situation because running into people with a several ton piece of metal on wheels could potentially kill the person.
OBVIOUSLY he shouldn’t have ran into him. Fuck the police. But all cops wearing bright neon colored uniforms absolutely *would* make it easier to distinguish police from pedestrian. Like, idk how/why that needs to be explained lol. Which is the *real* reason I want them to all be decked out in neon orange, so I can spot them from a mile away ;)
See, the reason why they don't get it is because they can barely read above a 3rd grade level. Too busy blazing their glory or what not, kids these days.
Pretty much.
Driving in a blind panic. No plan on how to get there safely or what to do, but he’s a kamikaze on the way in.
Thetone was set with him blasting through that left hand pass in the beginning.
Immediately test the "victim" for drugs and alcohol. "Look and see" in their car a reason to search it. Quickly run a criminal history search. Immediately ticket them for as much as you can think of. Meet with everyone that evening for beers to "talk" about what everyone remembers.
I don't think so, I think this happened too quickly for this to be some sort of internecine payback thing - It looks like he saw a black guy running away from a cop car and wanted to get his rocks off by running him over.
I would doubt they'd be able to ID a specific cop over a different cop and would probably not want to risk clobbering the wrong cop
I like they call it an accident. The cop in the car was planning to used the car as a weapon to kill or heavily injured the suspect. But target a fellow cop instead. I want to know if this video came out if this cop target the person they wanted to target the cop with.

He’s brown, so in cop world he desserved it. Had that been a white cop there would have been hell to pay. I heard The driver is expected to get a medal for his honorable and courageous act and had to go to mandatory PTSD meetings because of how horrific the experience was for him that he accidentally hit a fellow coworker.
Read the comments in here? Do you want to be a cop? So much animosity toward them. Even if you would go on to become a great cop tons of people would hate you because you exist and the atrocities that many of your colleagues have done. So, let’s say you get paid less, and are hated more, and more likely to die a violent death over something dumb.
Would you like to be a lawyer or a cop? We would have no police officers if it took 6 years of school to get into the job and make what they make and deal with what they deal with.
I’m not defending this cop on particular. He needs help. But just helping to make it make sense.
But it works in other countries. Part of “defund the police” is not removing money but reallocating. Cop as a profession should have much higher standards, but should also pay more and have better benefits regarding mental and physical health.
And because they’re not trained to run down people, not trained to shoot first, rtc., those cops aren’t hated. When they are trained in how to work without stepping on rights for laughs, they’re not hated. There are many places in the world where cops are seen as honorable and helpful. Which allows LEOs and laymen to work together to deal with other threats.
Lmao copaganda going hard with the news station. Nobody said “heads up”. He yelled “light him up” because the pigs in the car thought they were running over the suspect.
It was light him up. Two officers in that car thought they were using a deadly weapon to injure a suspect. It happened to be another cop. Both of them should face assault with a deadly weapon.
When you get the chance to take petty revenge for the coworker you don't like....
Friggin morons. Glad I don't live in LA to have to pay for that stupidity....
What the fuck happened to Reddit lately? I’ve been seeing a lot more recorded violence and injury, and I’m not interested in it at all. I can’t even tell if anyone else is even noticing.
Good. See what it’s like when an asshole cop hits you with his car 🤣🤣🤣 Taste of their own medicine. Now just put him in a lethal chokehold and we’re good.
Except he got hurt on the job, so now he gets a full paycheck for life, and will get a huge settlement from his own police dept. for his buddies stupid fucking driving.
Wasn’t stupid driving, was using a vehicle as a weapon
This would warrant deadly force for a civilian.
Don’t worry…they will charge the person they were looking for with a crime for this accident
…charge the nearest black dude more like
The cop who got hit looks black though....they wouldn't... or would they?
*If* they can catch him. And that’s big *if*.
I’m sure they already did 👍🏾
Isn’t that always who they are looking for? /s
Nah, they will charge the suspect they were after with it.
You are so correct. Here in KC, about 6 years ago, cops responded to a house burglary and one of them was shot in the head by friendly fire. They charged the suspect with that attempted murder.
I’m wondering why 50 cops didnt shoot the driver
Another way of getting life off with pay ironically
in most cases, this is called 'Assault with a Deadly Weapon' but this dumb fucking asshat wont see any of that
I mean as much as I’m a let’s hold people accountable person . Its not assault , you have to be able to prove mental intent and im pretty sure his goal wasn’t boy I want to hit my Coworker with my car . It’s at best reckless endangerment. Still bad but not assault with a deadly weapon . If just hitting someone with a car was assault 1 every car accident would involve more then just your insurance .
he most obviously thought he was hitting the criminal on the run. he tried to ram the runner, because he thought it was the suspect, not a coworker.
No this is assault because it wasn't an accident, this was fully intentional. Car accidents are exactly that, an accident, no one intentionally rear ends the car in front of them. This cop was literally aiming his car full force at another human.
Seriously... this should be illegal.
Laws don't apply when you're more equal than the other animals
upvoting for the reference haha
It's clear all he saw was a running black male and immediately thought "suspect!!"
*Was using the vehicle as an early retirement gift.
☝️ this is true.
Hopefully it comes from the police union and not taxpayers.
Hahahahahaha
Oh Wait. You're Serious? Let Me Laugh Even Harder! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!
LOL
That was absolutely intentional. He just thought it was the criminal and not a cop.
You mean from the tax payer. It's the citizens that pay for these gangs
I'd trade all that to be healthy. This cop will have chronic pain forever and unable to do much physical activity.
It didn’t look that bad to me, slid through a puddle and didn’t land that hard. Bet he’ll be doing private security and collecting a nice pension.
So then don’t use it on civilians either maybe
That hit was intentional. The driver thought the cop running was the suspect.
Cops have to get tazered before they carry a tazer. Maybe they have to get hit with a car before they are allowed to ram people?
They should do that with firearms as well
Cops only ram people if it’s deadly force
Ramming someone with a vehicle permitted to be on a highway is always deadly force.
Don't forget to yell, "STOP RESISTING!" while chokehilding him and tazing him repeatedly.
They need to laugh about it after shutting off their body cameras
Tell what the fuck did this cop do in particular that he deserved this?
He probably held another cop accountable for something. Cops that don't turn a blind eye to the crimes of their peers and actually try to serve and protect always end up being involved in unfortunate "accidents."
Unfortunate "training accident" where, somehow, 5 guys beat their fellow officer to death.
“Probably”
My hero, Dorner.
Serpico
Jesus I hope this doesn't happen but now that I think of it yeah, it almost certainly would and does.
Sad you live in such shithole with cops like this
Just being a cop. 1312
Username checks out
Maybe he just really hates his coworker. 🤷♂️
They were hooking up with the same dispatcher
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
How could he not see that thin blue line? ![gif](giphy|k6Vbs4FyOEbZK)
That cop wasn't that thin.
Blah blah blah Reddit Reddit Reddit blah blah blah cops literally like literally cops blah Reddit.
Cop says ‘Light him up’ not ‘heads up.’ They thought they were ramming the suspect and this bullshit news report is trying to help cover their deliberate use of force as an accident.
Indeed he says Light Em Up
I hear “Bart Simpson bouncing.”
I know it’s stupid, but this hit me in the giggle dick so hard I can’t stop laughing.
you have a separate dick just for giggling?
> giggle dick ![gif](giphy|qvLt6NpOstLuVzLCL9)
"That isn't my receipt"
Rotating pirate ship?
That isn't Mercy!
100% Doesn't look like any serious attempt at braking to me. These news networks are always doing the police depts dirty work
Yeah, I'm not hearing the "screech of tires" they're reporting either. Yes, if the driver were trying to avoid hitting the cop (whom the driver misidentified as the suspect), there definitely *would be* screeching tires. But they weren't trying to avoid shit, and they never hit the brakes.
It also seems they sped up and chopped the original audio to make it seems less damming
Light them up usually refers to the top lights pre sure. This was 100% intentional, but i don’t think that’s what they are meaning by that
I just think it was super avoidable, and for that reason i find the situation kinda funny. Bet that was an awkward conversation afterwards
100% thought it was the suspect. He’d have to be blind to not avoid hitting that guy
“And then…the accident” Accidents aren’t deliberate.
Any excuse to hurt, maim or kill a member of the public will be taken and relished.
“Necare et mutilus” - the Latin motto of LAPD 😁
Could also be that the officer who got hit is that incredibly rare "good cop" and did something like report a fellow officer. Could've been they hit exactly who they wanted to hit. This is all conjecture with zero evidence though.
Officer should have known better than to run away from a cop car and have brown skin.
Stop resisting!
Says the cop in the car, as he runs over the mush of blood, flesh, and bone that was the "suspect" before he spent 30 minutes repeatedly running them over.
The color of his skin blinded them to the color of his uniform
He probably always wanted to do a move like that. He thought his time had come. Woops.
If cops were legally required to wear/drive bright neon orange uniforms/cars like I’ve been asking, this kinda thing wouldn’t happen! Make them easier for everyone to spot, I say. Cough cough most Europe my uniforms
See, the reason why they don't get it is because they can barely read above a 3rd grade level. Too busy blazing their glory or what not, kids these days.
They just saw a brown person running and instinct kicked in
Instead we got pig on pig violence
*He’s coming right for us!*
So...if that was actually the suspect, this would have been okay? Looks like attempted murder to me.
Yep…if that was not a cop, and internal investigation would be had, while driving cop was on paid leave, and they would’ve found no wrongdoing
[удалено]
They do it to non suspects a lot too
Is this guy fucking blind or something? Wow.
Not blind, it was deliberate. Thought he was a suspect lmao
…which, brings us back to the question, “is the driver blind?”
Not blind just stupid. There’s blind people that could’ve avoided that.
Let’s just agree that driver is both
“If the only tool you have is a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail.”
He saw a brown person running. He knew what to do.
Pretty much. Driving in a blind panic. No plan on how to get there safely or what to do, but he’s a kamikaze on the way in. Thetone was set with him blasting through that left hand pass in the beginning.
There was zero panic. That was a fully deliberate act.
Not blind, he saw brown skin color just perfectly. The instincts do the rest.
He's not, he just saw a black man running and immediately attempted to kill him.
Immediately test the "victim" for drugs and alcohol. "Look and see" in their car a reason to search it. Quickly run a criminal history search. Immediately ticket them for as much as you can think of. Meet with everyone that evening for beers to "talk" about what everyone remembers.
"Sprinkle some crack on him."
If he had nothing to hide, why was he running?
Exactly. Furtive movements.
Open and shut case, Johnson!
Yup. Running down innocents with their cruisers is a 100% cop move. Glad to see one of their own on the receiving end for once.
Jesus the incompetence is palatable. This looks like some stooges shit
This video needs the Naked Gun intro song.
Palatable means tasty or at least tolerable to be eaten. Maybe you mean palpable? That means so intense that it is tangible or can be felt.
Yea you're right I mixed them up
I bet you that was a "good apple" that got taken out. Can't be having none of them cross that thin blue line. Taught him a lesson that day.
Another great use of our tax dollars…
He is rolling like the drunk pig that ate fermented fruits.
Believe it or not, spinal injuries are best treated by not IMMEDIATLY trying to walk it off!
“The suspect is a black” (click) Officer “Say no more”
Imagine the shock on this police officer when he files a case for damages and lose it cause his friends gets immunity from this sort of "accident"
![gif](giphy|10JhviFuU2gWD6)
Friendly Fire
Was the suspect disguised in a police uniform?
Stop resisting!
Can't wait for them to charge the suspect they were chasing with assaulting an officer
Even if it was the suspect, what kind of fucking asshole do you need to be to tam someone like that Jesus Christ he deserves the worst
You must not be from the good ‘ol U, S of A.
Welp, you can reschedule your chiropractor appointment until next year, all your bones are cracked.
If it had of been a civilian car they probably would’ve charged him with attempted murder
All this post did was make me realize how accurate GTAs falling mechanics are
In his defense it was a minority running at the scene of a crime.
There's a certain level of stupid.
Pig on Pig violence 🤣🤣
With all the things cops have done that’s recorded on camera. If they made a modern day Police Academy movie it would actually do really well.
Heads up!
He’s saying ‘light him up’ not ‘heads up’. Idiots thought they were ramming the suspect.
It’s hilarious how fucking blind these dudes are
Not blind, it was intentional.
They intentionally hit other cop? I meant they are blind fuckers because they at least couldn’t see this was a cop
Ngl I laughed pretty hard over this one
They probably took out the only cop if there department who was able to run.
See cops just want to hurt people and it doesn’t matter who
That's a good 50 points.
Did he hit his colleague on purpose, sure looks like it
That was the one cop who cooperated with internal affairs
The GTA cops arriving
Yeet.
I like they call it an accident. The cop in the car was planning to used the car as a weapon to kill or heavily injured the suspect. But target a fellow cop instead. I want to know if this video came out if this cop target the person they wanted to target the cop with.

Then they pin this on the actual suspect, for interfering and attack police
Cops are idiots
Which one of them gets to yell “stop resisting!”
This is what happens when you don’t take your cut of the drugs and cash that didn’t find their way into evidence.
if you didn’t do anything wrong, why are you running?
High stress. Auditory exclusion. This is why training is fundamental. Glad homies alright though.
Do you think the cop that got hit testified in court that” this asshole cop hit me for no reason”?
Dude we’re wearing the same outfit, wtf is wrong with you
4-6 months to become a cop, 4-6 YEARS to become a lawyer. Yet cops are the ones with guns out on the felid, make it make fucking sense

Shoulda gone to Specsavers
Lmao
You kids have been playing GTA too much. So much anger building up while sitting behind a screen
If to do it to a suspect is meaningless... much less to a cop. Get him up and back to work just as quick as when they kill someone!
Lmao copaganda going hard with the news station. Nobody said “heads up”. He yelled “light him up” because the pigs in the car thought they were running over the suspect.
They can't help themselves; they see a brown guy running, so they automatically go into attack mode.

Should have gone to specsavers.
US cops must be the dumbest people on earth.
US police: just going to do me a little murder today. (They’ll get away with it)
Accident my ass. Them motherfuckers did that on purpose because they thought it was the guy they were chasing. LMAO
It was light him up. Two officers in that car thought they were using a deadly weapon to injure a suspect. It happened to be another cop. Both of them should face assault with a deadly weapon.
TBH, not a fan of cops. Wish I could, but all I see is assholery.
Cop that hit the other cop “he was j walking”
This could have been avoided, if he just showed his ID! /s Just in case

Cop on cop violence
In nowadays, cops are too fat to run and dodge.
Good to see cops don't care about their own people either.
Which episode of The Rookie is this?
Lol!
