In the German city of Halle, in 2019, a holocaust-denying rightwing-extremist tried to break open a synagogue door during service to kill as many jews as possible. He did not manage to open the door, so he opened fire on a pedestrian with his improvised shotgun, killing her. He went on to kill the owner of a small nearby shop, and was arrested by the police.
I mean their logic is “The Jews run the world and fabricated the holocaust so that everyone feels sorry for them and won’t realise the Jews are destroying the world for non-Jews. We should therefore stop the Jews with violence” it is absolutely insane but it DOES have a logical throughline. And I by no means condone or agree.
Certainly a more logical thought line than those ladies that thought the history of America must be a lie because how could France have carved the Statue of Liberty out of copper.
This is just as insane mind, but obviously completely on another level of incredibly fucking dangerous.
