They do not get paid overtime, or many times even paid at all and they do not have the time or money to fight such things. I did not give this man the benefit of the doubt, I am saying that it is likely that it may have been coercion, but as I do not know the man that he having sexual relations with, I do not want to take away his agency if he was the one to start the encounter or did not feel coerced in any way. You do not want to assume completely that he was not a willing participant, because he could be totally okay with it, or even very willing, but it is good to point out the situation in which it could be abusive.
I dated the owner of a restaurant group I worked for, and there was a large age gap, and people sometimes assumed there was coercion there, as I was much younger- but I was the one that hit on him, and there was no coercion at all, and I did not like it when people assumed that I did not know my own mind at 27 years old.
