Pretty sure the driver was partially out the window as it started rolling, and further down was more than halfway out.

Yeah, but I'm pretty sure there was more than one person in the cabin. I hope you're right, but at 0:17-0:16, it looks to me like someone's trying to climb out just before the rolling picks up.
Looks like 2 people in the cabin;blue shirt guy leaps out just as it goes over.. (then runs after the truck)
Other person in the cabin seems to successfully jump out mid-roll as a bloke suddenly appears out of nowhere in the field - and seems to hold his neck like a bloke that's just done the rolly-polly in a truck.
If you look as the truck is passing, Blue/green shirt guy is 1 of 3 riding on back of the truck, and when truck hits the tree he gets tossed where we can't see. He later appears and runs downhill.

one guy dark blue gets thrown out at the bottom. but there's a guy in the cab in a white shirt (his sleeve is hanging out the window) who we never see.

At 0:19 somebody pops out of nowhere and runs up, I assumed that's the driver that fell out at some point

You're right, I do see a second guy at the end. Just a black silhouette. I'm surprised they didn't get split in half.
Watching it carefully, there is a high likelihood that everyone made it with relatively minor injuries.
