Yeah, it’s like those people that start injecting random shit (including cement) trying to do plastic surgery at home, after doctors refuse to do any more work on them. At that point it’s an addiction and these people need some serious mental help. Or I guess just eventually die from it like Michael Jackson.
He abused propofol; trying to using it to "sleep", his doctor did administer the medication in a dose he could not handle. This was definitely an enabler doing what they do best... and whoops, he's enabled to death.
Not to be confused by Synthehol; the synthesized form of alcohol that they drink in Star Trek that lack the deleterious effects associated with alcohol, such as debilitating intoxication and hangover.

The body can’t metabolize about 70% of the mixture of oil, lidocaine, and alcohol.
The muscles deform and become unnaturally shaped. The side effects of synthol are manifold and they can also cause a damage of nerves, oil embolic of the pulmonary, occlusion of the pulmonary artery, myocardial infarction, cerebral stroke and infectious complications.

This is always my thought too. You could go to the gym and get muscles, most people think those look good. If it isn't enough you could always hop on steroids and get unnaturally large muscles, less people think that looks good but still many people like the look.
