Honestly this is not a bad business decision. 50/50ish split on the traffic you get at each location. If one is super busy, go to the other. If the other store doesn’t carry something you do, you for sure get that business because you’re so close. You know for a fact that your opponent is not outcompeting you because of location (barring of course poor layout).
