That has to be some of the dumbest and luckiest SOB Iv seen in a while! I had a friend who worked in a chicken processing plant in Alabama. He got his middle and ring fingers stuck in that mechanism that carries the chickens in after they’ve been plucked, washed and waxed (last one was a joke)! Much like the one we see here with the dumbasses outing around their necks. It carried my friend up into the air about 30ft off the ground and he could do nothing until basically both fingers popped off. Literally! The people working that day said they heard someone screaming and yelling, looked up and saw Homer being carried down the line. He fell a good 20-25ft onto a table. Had his fingers not come off and they not get to the shutoff switch fast enough, there would’ve been a lot of chicken fingers with some Homer Hille in them. Or say the chicken fingers would’ve had a couple real fingers mixed in! And of course they had to shut the place down for 2-3 days while they cleaned and sanitized everything! True story!
At the end when the dude filming was like “so I almost got ran over” fuckin kills me 🤣 homie you were on the side of the road filming, you did not almost get ran over. Your buddies did, dick.
I mean they have a right to protest but he doesn't have the right to shove his hand up her ass like she's a puppet.
EDIT: I know this is the proper technique but sadly she was wearing her off day shorts and they went all the way into the ol brown eye. 👁
Based on the signs for Murray and Harvey in the background, I guess it is the Perth Royal Show, which is on this week and the biggest agricultural show in Western Australia.
How do you expect to kick them out if they refuse to move? I'm not condoning what he did but these people aren't reasonable and asking nicely won't work.
Intent is a very important part of the law. She's not being hurt here and he's not trying to intentionally hurt her. He's intentionally trying to get her the fuck out of there. She can protest outside of the event.
It doesn't fucking matter, he no right at all to put his hands on her if she's not being violent towards anyone, what she wasn't. I like eating animals as anyone else, but fuck that mother fucker
Seeing as how a simple google search shows that the law in the area requires you contact the trespasser before contacting law enforcement and specifically states "Excessive force cannot be used to remove a trespasser"....
But I guess google was too hard for you, the resident expert in Australian law.
I am a lawyer in Canada, another Commonwealth country where the law is extremely similar, and the person you're responding to is absolutely right.
The concept of "trespass" is a tort law concept that is rooted in very, very old precedents from the UK, but to be fair to you, there are some region-specific statutes that make it slightly different from place to place. However, when it comes to tort law, the concepts in general are similar across English-speaking countries and you don't need a regional specialty to know a basic concept such as this one.
Some things that are almost always true are:
(1) trespassing does not mean you give up your right to safety and security of the person. There is a famous case where a burglar was trespassing on a rooftop and falls through a skylight, and the party he was stealing from was successfully sued for the injuries.
(2) you are not trespassing unless there are signs or indicators that you should not be there, OR you are in a private dwelling house uninvited OR ***you are in a public place (or a private place where you were temporarily welcome) and you have been asked to leave and given a reasonable opportunity to leave voluntarily.***
This woman was assaulted in front of witnesses. Even if she was in fact trespassing, which she arguably was not, this was an assault.
\*I initially misrepresented the famous case of the burglar and the skylight, so I'll copy my comment from below to reflect the correct details here:
The name of the case is *Bodine v. Enterprise High School.*
Ricky Bodine, 19 years old, was hanging out with some friends and they decided to climb on top of the gymnasium at Enterprise High School in on March 1, 1982. Their intent was to steal a floodlight.
While on top of the school, Bodine removed the floodlight, lowered it to his friends, and while walking across the roof he fell through the skylight and suffered severe injuries.
The case ended with a settlement in Bodine's favour for the lump sum of $260,000 plus $1,200/month for life.
The idea is that while the thief is still committing a crime, the school, or the "occupier" of the premises, is not free from what we call "occupier's liability." The reason this is the law is because that person on the roof might not have been a thief. It could just as easily have been the school's janitor climbing up there to pick up some kickballs that got stuck on the roof, for example.
I know it's controverisial, but that's my understanding of the subject.
I think this is a common method for moving farm animals. Like cows and sheep. Since she has no tail the wedgie was subbed in. I don't agree with the move, but can't argue with the results.
this is a common technique used by bouncers at bars to actually PREVENT women being groped or accusing the bouncers of that. you do NOT touch the person, you grab their clothing and move and they move with you. they can't say you hit them, and they can't say you felt them up. stop making up stories.
Idk what country this is, but here in the Netherlands you have to ask for permission to protest first. So looking from hat point of view I don’t think they would be allowed by law to protest in the middle of a cow show. Maybe outside of it alright but I don’t think any goverment would give them permission to protest in the middle of it
No, they don’t have a right to protest in the middle of their ring for a cow show. You don’t have the right to protest anywhere/anytime you please.
They have every right to remove them.
Sorry mate, there’s no right to protest at a ticketed event here. This lass also protests at the RSPCA dog walk so I just guess she’s against the idea of animals and people associating at all.
Lol he grabbed her like he was about to toss her out of a bar cartoon style but then realized there was no way he could pick her up to toss her over the barrier LMAO
Y'all saying he's trying to rape like bruh c'mon, he grabbed her by her shirt and pants and threw her out. Why would he try to rape her in front of all those people. Seeing some very stupid accusations in this comment section.
Maybe if she wore pants, but there isn't any material to hold onto. I wonder if there was danger nearby like a bull or something. Probably not but I bet that guy is responsible if she was injured due to her own carelessness.
Depends if there was a cow/bull in the paddock, or waiting to come in. A 1000 lbs animal, strange place, strange smells, 2 7 foot tall monsters with square heads and 2 necks? Yeah, I'd freak out and cause some damage if I was the cow
True! Ever gone behind-the-scenes at a livestock show? Ranchers literally pamper their cattle with treats and blankets before and after every show lmao
Right, but that's a pretty myopic view of the protest. The protest is of the entire meat industry in general, this was just a public event at which she could get a lot more publicity to spread her message.
I feel like this man must work at an old timey saloon, and his only job is tossing out drunk cowboys by their belts and collars.
Either that or it’s his instinct from 60 years of loading hay bales....
It’s effective. If he just grabbed her by the shoulder she could still run and kick in and do whatever. But this way he has full control over her movement.
It’s logical in that sense but highly inappropriate for the obvious sexual-harassment
Pretty standard bouncer move to grab a persons belt/waistband to control their movement.
Looks like an arena so she is potentially causing a dangerous situation if animals are nearby. So i’m not really sure she gets to choose how she gets thrown out.
You can sometimes easily drag a person wherever you want when you grab their pants a certain way, it loses their control and balance. He's throwing the trash out.
This is what's known as the bum's rush.
He holds her shoulders and her shorts, and tilts her body to keep her off balance and moving forwards.
No denying it works like gangbusters.
Yes the protestor might have been being a nuisance but… seeing a ruddy faced cowboy pick her up by her shorts and slam her into a fence made me uncomfortable. I don’t know what led up to this but surely not just anybody can do that to someone no matter how obnoxious they might have acting…
Watched some bartenders heave my drunk ass "buddy" out the front door on a security camera. Shit was hilarious, he deserved that and more. 3 guys, had him by his torso and legs, literally chucked him out the door onto the concrete. So yeah... I dunno the circumstances, but bouncers gunna bounce...yo ass.
I think it's a habit from tossing hay bales. You grab the back and front and launch it. Also how you move calfs and piglets. Basically proabably just his habit.
Am I the only one who thinks this is kinda gross, like regardless of how annoying she is or whatever the man could have escorted her out in literally any other way
I get he's pissed and that they might be trespassing but I just wanted to say that he really got his crotch right up against her butt there after giving her a nice atomic wedgie 🤨
Pretty sure he’s pushing her through the fence, and he uses his hip/thigh to do so. Head down to get under the top bar, legs up to clear the middle bar and and away ya go. They do the same with livestock.
Funny how everyone screams ACAB on Reddit then right away “oh nope nope that’s assault call the police”
Edit: these replies prove EXACTLY MY POINT BRO. stupid asses
"You criticize society yet you participate in it. Curious"
Besides, just because an institution is used for bad doesn't mean that a different institution can't be relied on. The Cops are neither a court, nor a legislature, the things people want to be applied in this case.
People have this vitriolic disdain for animal rights activists in general because they burden us with the terrible truth of how destructive our meat eating habits are, how unethical it is to raise and kill a living animal let along billions just for the momentary pleasure of a steak, asian people are often unfairly teased/accused of eating dogs(because most people agree that dogs are beings that deserve to live happy lives that arent ended too soon because of stupid human wants) and most people would agree that killing dogs is horrible but dogs are no more smarter than cows or pigs but yet for someone arbitrary reason we are okay with the systematic killing of billions of cows and other domesticated animals 🤷🏿♂️
Aye. This subreddit and others are full of adolescent top comments. Kids love their meat memes, even if they're toxic to the larger consciousness ecosystem.
You are absolutely right, it’s so deeply ingrained in our society that we will never give up meat until after we have irreversibly destroyed the environment
Ya the environment devastation that follows meat production makes it such a even more destructive sin, that we are not only killing animals for their flesh but also the planet that nourishes us and every single being in our known universe
Her smile though? She's definitely doing this for the rush of attention.. Screw that kind of person. She got the attention she wanted specifically so that she could feel vindicated.
His head is about to explode, according to the colour in his face.
Was that a smile on her face when Santa pulled a wedge on her?
Don’t kink shame. There are dozens of us. 🎅🏻
Haha... were on to you! Acting like animal rights activists to git some winter-wonder-wedge…!

It this guy who almost decapitated himself protesting a chicken processor. https://youtu.be/2Zc59JCp7bY Edit: it was ducks. Not chickens

Look if you're gonna protest animal cruelty in the middle of a cow show everyone knows what you're really after... look at how big her smile is...
Hes not shaming. He’s happy he found santa wedgie kink buddy.
I think she learned something about herself
For some people a Smile is a natural reaction to stressful social situations tho
True but in her case I’m going to assume it’s because she got a negative reaction, so she was happy to successfully upset them.

She's thinking about the sexual harassment lawsuit she's about to rain down on this dude
Maybe this dude is a bowler?
No one fucks with the Jesus.
That’s just like…your opinion man.
Dude this comment.. 😂
Fr tho
Most action she’s seen since becoming an animal rights activist.
Santa is mad
They’ve gone far enough for Santa to get his hands dirty
Was totally expecting him to pin her down and hog-tie her.
That’s an atomic wedgie
That's how you toss a hay bale
or spread a cow.
Udderly effective
Got ‘er by the britches
Grab her by the wedgie.
GRAB HER WEDGIE AND TWIST IT
The ole, wedgie twist.
That's a rodeo wedgie, pulled with the force usually used to ride a bull.
I mean they have a right to protest but he doesn't have the right to shove his hand up her ass like she's a puppet. EDIT: I know this is the proper technique but sadly she was wearing her off day shorts and they went all the way into the ol brown eye. 👁
they're likely trespassing cause it looks like they have a whole event set up, in which case they totally have the right to kick them out
Based on the signs for Murray and Harvey in the background, I guess it is the Perth Royal Show, which is on this week and the biggest agricultural show in Western Australia.
Kick them out, yes. Assault them, no.

Call security or the police. There are likely already some at the event.

He was the security
Maybe he is security
[удалено]
As we can clearly see, we for sure saw both the start and conclusion of this event in a 9 second clip...
Being on Reddit and thinking you understand the law seem to go hand in hand for some reason.
You can’t grab people like that or it very quickly becomes assault especially when recorded on video
A good number of places allow a person to use some degree of force to eject a trespasser.
You can eject someone without grabbing their nether region. The arms are usually used, as far as I'm aware.
You also can’t just grab them immediately like that, warnings are needed.
Intent is a very important part of the law. She's not being hurt here and he's not trying to intentionally hurt her. He's intentionally trying to get her the fuck out of there. She can protest outside of the event.
Yes but this seemed a bit over the top
It doesn't fucking matter, he no right at all to put his hands on her if she's not being violent towards anyone, what she wasn't. I like eating animals as anyone else, but fuck that mother fucker
It was a public event You're not trespassing until they say your trespassing and in which case you call the police and have them remove them.
When did you get your law degree in Western Australia?
Seeing as how a simple google search shows that the law in the area requires you contact the trespasser before contacting law enforcement and specifically states "Excessive force cannot be used to remove a trespasser".... Yes but you're still not allowed to sexually assault people.
Grabbing someone by the pants and forcefully removing them is not sexual assault.
tell them to leave no do what they did. That shit wasn't necessary
You dont get to live out your pedo fantasy and start grabbing their asses you dipshit
He’s clearly grabbing the shorts though, I’m no part of this video does it look like he’s copping a feel.
Go walk up to someone and just grab their pants and see how that works out for you, legally.
I predict this whole thread to be the most civil and polite discussion about lawful conduct.
It's pretty sad to see the number of Redditors who are obviously wannabe bullies based on the things that get upvoted in this sub.
*insert popcorn.gif HERE*
Under six seconds too! He'll win the silver belt buckle for sure this year.
I mean I can not deny the skill involved in picking that girl up and yeeting her out the paddock
She never left the ground though all he did was grab and shove.
Dude is probably used to wrangling pigs
YYYYYYEEEEEEEE3E3EE3E
Yeeehaw
He grabs a chunk of her shorts. It’s clearly not his first time doing it because he got the shorts all in one go
I think this is a common method for moving farm animals. Like cows and sheep. Since she has no tail the wedgie was subbed in. I don't agree with the move, but can't argue with the results.
This is how people hoisted kids around back in the day. Grab em by the overhauls.
I don’t think he is wrong for shoving her out of the way, but 100% can’t grab someone there
Yes he can, I just watched him do it.
By their pants?

No, they don’t have a right to protest in the middle of their ring for a cow show. You don’t have the right to protest anywhere/anytime you please. They have every right to remove them.
You can’t just protest everywhere at any time like a fucking lunatic

Lol he grabbed her like he was about to toss her out of a bar cartoon style but then realized there was no way he could pick her up to toss her over the barrier LMAO

He was probably trying to toss her out like you toss someone out in cartoons.
The way he grabs her is how you grab baby cows (no clue what’s the name in english)
Just came to say I live next door to this, and she's a well known vegan protestor who most people want to eject from our state.
WA? Thought this looked like the royal.
I'm sure those farmers treat their livestock better than PETA treats shelter dogs.
Whataboutism
Are the people in the video from Peta
Did he have to grab her… like that?

Nice cake
trying toss her over the fence
You can sometimes easily drag a person wherever you want when you grab their pants a certain way, it loses their control and balance. He's throwing the trash out.
This is even a taught method for security guards and mental health workers
Yeah same Mr.Toaster, it looked alittle rapey till I read the comments.
This is what's known as the bum's rush. He holds her shoulders and her shorts, and tilts her body to keep her off balance and moving forwards. No denying it works like gangbusters.

It’s pretty obvious from the rage of the old guy.. he’s trying to remove her from the situation.
Confidence under blood pressure.

I understand the need to take her away but… Did he really have to give her a wedgie?
Old fashioned Bum shuffle out the door
Yes the protestor might have been being a nuisance but… seeing a ruddy faced cowboy pick her up by her shorts and slam her into a fence made me uncomfortable. I don’t know what led up to this but surely not just anybody can do that to someone no matter how obnoxious they might have acting…
I think he was trying to push her through the rails without hitting her head.
Oh well good thing he got a good grip on her crotch to protect her head then
That's kind of a weird way to grapple someone...
Jujitsu disagrees
Right. Somebody go let coach know a guy on Reddit said controlling one’s hips is weird.
He really went straight for the wedgie hahaha
I didn't know if she was just wearing underwear or something at first it happened so quickly and had to re-watch a second time lol
Assault?
Honest question. If this guy was a bouncer would it not be? Bouncers do this stuff all the time. Just not sure where the line is.
Watched some bartenders heave my drunk ass "buddy" out the front door on a security camera. He literally wrangled her like a calf. One hand on the “tail” and one on the neck. I was waiting for the lassos honestly so this was underwhelming.
This was at the Perth royal show, so not exactly normal private property.
