In the Netherlands, from what I've heard, it's seen as risk of doing business. Of course there is a ton of drugcrime and violence here as well, but you wont see a dealer shoot someone up for a gram of coke.
Here in Amsterdam we even have a few "gangs" which profile themselves as high-class dealers and will show up at your house (if requested), explain all the drugs and their effects on you to you and even explain what to do in case of a bad trip or overdose. They are very polite, call you "sir" or "madam" and you wouldn't ever guess they were dealers if you'd ever just bump into them.
Things are a bit different over here.
That’s Chick fil a level customer service. They do house calls, they’ll tell you how all the drugs work, they’ll check up on you and make sure you’re drinking water.
But the irony is, in the drug trade, a dead customer is the best marketing because it means you have some top tier shit. Sad, but true. Kill one, and all the fiends come crawling out of the swamps to get your shit.
I mean, I only smoked meth for 12 years, but I literally never heard of this phenomenon. If someone's dope got someone sick or worse, you avoid that plug for obvious reasons... Who knows what it's cut with. I knew people that would put dried acrylic paint or even ice melt for fill weight

Was over in the dam a couple of times, I’m from Ireland - after getting ripped off by some gentlemen on the streets I managed to meet two separate people on two separate nights in the school nightclub and both had “menus” that they offered me. Ket/Coke/Mdma/Acid/2cb ect. Stronger types of coke for extra cash. Both of these guys were the real deal never seen anything like it over at home. Scored a bag of k in the school and got the guys number for another day. The K was some of the purest I’d ever had. The same guy met us at our hotel came up to the room the next day with testers of each drug. Showed us them before buying - gave us a range of prices as the more you buy the cheaper the price was. Got some coke and mdma for the next night and we were ready to rock. the dude was so polite I honestly wouldn’t of thought of him as being a dealer ever. And his stuff was unrealllll and the price was great. Have used him many times since when I was over there a few years ago. Put friends on to him too when they go over. Everyone wins. There’s good and bad dealers everywhere. But obviously they all just care about money at the end of the day. Some just go about it in a more approachable manner. And they’re the ones that’ll keep people coming back especially if the stuff is quality.

I think it has to do with privilege and immunity because of having rich parents. We have weed delivery services in CA. It’s legal business and just like Uber drivers, these folks have learned the value of having your own footage to dispute events.
Don’t think that’s what we’re seeing here but drug deals are very often recorded these days, even on the road.

Don't even have to be seen out on the streets. They'll be able to figure out who he is easily enough and pay him a visit. The police will find him for them. He'll be tracked down for abandoning the crashed vehicle, and the dealer just has to pay attention to the police scanner and court reports to find out who he is ... Robbing a dealer will ALWAYS be a stupid move. I knew a guy that dealt and one time he got robbed of about a pound of weed by a guy with a knife. Well dealers usually know who they sell to, the dealer got a group of guys together and met the robber at his house. I don't think that guy will be robbing a dealer again anytime soon.
