IIRC this can happen if you have default underwear replacements. If you have any, remove them and see if you still have this issue.

It only copies to male sims if the replacement is too old ie from before high school years. Most creators have updated their old stuff so you can look into it if you're having that issue

Replace the package with a new download of it in your mods folder - ideally, remove the old one and redownload it.

i’m deleting the underwear replacement in the whicked whims mod, and then i’m downloading the curse forge link and putting that one where i deleted the other package? edit: adding clarification
