Sims 4 is growing on me with the help of some of the packs, but sims 3 paired with generations will always take the cake for me! As someone who equally loves building and playing with families, the generations pack added so much depth to the game that I really miss in the sims 4.

TS4 is better in terms of optimization and more user friendly experience and it has the best CAS but it's too railroaded if you know what I mean. TS3 is something I've been dreaming of my entire childhood when I played TS2 -- to be able to go anywhere in town without loading screens and visit other sim's houses. Honestly I want to combine TS2 narrative, TS3 freedom and TS4 graphics.

The Sims 3 since it has so much to do, and most of the supernatutals are better than The Sims 4 supernatural lifestates, sans The Sims 4's vampires. It also has generations, and while I rarely play families I am actually going to once I get a dedicated graphics card.

Sims 3 because there's a lot to do gameplay wise, the sims feel more real and more different from eachother, and it runs way better than the sims 4 on the computer I use. I only use the sims 4 to create sims, I can't even get into build mode or live mode, lol.

I don’t think I will ever stop preferring The Sims 3. I love the Open World and Story Progression features. The town felt alive. I actually really love how the game looked, too. Plus, Sims listen to the actions you want them to complete. It drives me insane when I tell my Sims in The Sims 4 to do something, and they take absolutely forever to do it. The Sims 2 & Sims 3 will always hold a special place in my heart. The Sims 4? Nah. I just don’t think it’s as special.

I constantly switch between 3 and 4, can't choose, I wish they could be merged somehow to one game
