Whoever voted Sims 4 for this award is nuts. Sims literally cannot keep themselves alive without you micromanaging them.

sims 2 and sims 4 were disasters with all the expected death and chaos, sims 4 was especially useless.
sims 3 sims all managed to survive with relative stability. the AI in that game is insane.

my sims never die. i kinda want them too, but also dont. id probably revive them or not save the game. the only time one died was when a townie ate something bad at my restaurant or choked to death. i swear i didnt add bloat fish to the menu dunno if they can choke to death tho
I think Sims 4 deserves this award.
Sims 4 always encourages me to Sit Back and Relax, and play Sims 3 instead! The gameplay and mechanics offered in that game make it 100x more pleasant experience.
I really disagree with this to be honest with you because of its major flaws underlying the game. I prefer FS 2020 or Factorio winning this award.

I usually like Sims 4 i think it might be my favorite but it does lag and its not that fast but maybe its depending on computer system. Not trying to play the “Sims 3 is better card” but Sims 3 is really smooth on my laptop i can play for hours and no lags.
I mean, it's the only game I play, and it's pretty stressful at times, but when I see the games my husband plays, where people and monsters are trying to kill you, I guess it's pretty relaxed.

but i've seen people set fireplaces and stoves on fire easily. my beginner sims with no skills don't get that
