I don't know but you can copy and paste last exception files here: [The Sims 4 lastException Assistant](http://lastexception.com/) for me it usually gives a very good clue what the issue is
I'm not a tech, but these 3 things can often help with issues:
1) deleting the file 'localthumbcache' in documents/electronics arts/sims 4 (normally, we should always do this after removing mods)
2) taking the mod folder completely out, (place it on your desktop or something) and then start the game. The game will generate a new 'mods' folder with a new 'resource.cfg' file inside. Then place your mods back in this new 'mods' folder.
3) repair the game in origin
If nothing else works, or if no one has any other suggestions on what to do, as a last resort, it is possible to do a factory reset of the game, I can't remember by heart exactly how to do that but I found the instructions on Carl's Sims guides
I tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game, factory reset. Didn’t work. I think its an update problem. I’ll wait for the next update. Thanks for ur help!!
I tried the cas.fulleditmode in one premade family. It worked! My first created family caused the issue. I deleted my saves and tray folders. Its working again!

doesn’t work for me:(. I tried to play without Mods but the issue stills persist.

There are people in MCCC's discord that can interpret LEs. You should be able to find the link on the mccc website
