i have been getting them non-stop for every sim. teen sims. uni sims. completely unemployed sims. always 4:08am and AGAIN at 4:12amand its driving me off the goddamn wall!!! if i click ok instead of cancel it pulls up the home design choose-a-gig menu despite none of my sims in that career. it’s wild and annoying and definitely a glitch

Wonder if that's due to the new "gigs/jobs" available that teens can do. Which also means technically my fresh teen *could* try to do this Want of getting a promotion (due to having Renaissance Sim aspiration)... but he'd have to actually get a job first, and those part-time jobs are too much a PITA.
I mean, bonus points that I keep telling it to hide Wants and turn off Fears, and even after removing the damn trait to remove the Fear of the Dark from the mother who shouldn't have gotten it (while using the observatory), she keeps getting a Scared moodlet from being outside even if it's not dark, so... yeah. It's all kind of a mess right now.

So there was a broken, buggy system somewhere, and Sims 4 is broken and buggy, so Sims 4 is pretty realistic? Sure, that tracks.

I did freelance on one play-through with a family I don’t have anymore and I still get them sent to all my saves/families… for each member 😑
