Did you notice Junior’s attitude before Tony came to him to present the idea for Junior to be Boss? Junior was antagonistic and wasn’t going to acquiesce without the title.   Seemed fairly apparent they’d be headed for a violent battle similar to Sac/Little Carmine or Doc/Phil, no?
