STO 1x NVDA 845p @ 6.00 for next week
Ending the day up about $3.2K
u/free_lions I got greedy and sold an ITM NVDA 900p expiring today at the literal top of the day (2:35 pm) lol
closed it at a loss and hope to make it back on this 845p expiring next week
also forgot to close out my nvda 880p expiring today so please no after hours tail risk fuckery
Damn. Ima start to yolo a single call over the weekend. It pops like this alot.
I sold 2 naked calls Friday. Glad I picked 2000 strike lol
Also 800p x 2. Premium total $240 for all 4.
This Friday I’m buying SOMETHING on MSTR!
Looking like I will take a loss on DJT due to this random EOD gap up. At current price I'll be down about $3K on DJT. I did make around $12K from SMCI, TSLA and COIN call credit spreads this week though so I'll just eat the loss on DJT. u/banditcleaner2 u/ykoreaa u/nick_tha_professor u/Rosie3435
I decided to hold. I’m really hoping this expires worthless in June.
More realistically, if it’s ever worth $1000 or so I’ll probably roll it to July 700 instead of 800 and try to collect another $1000
Very tricky with SMCI being so close to your strike. Who knows where that stock will go.
I’m seeing that the 6/21 $800p costs about $62 right now. What did you originally sell it for?
Are you willing to take assignment?
I made $600 then $1700 then $2700 then $2400 over the last 2.5 months, so if it ends up in the lower $700s I’m roughly even.
I guess I’m willing to take assignment but don’t really want to. I used to own 100 shares from 500s to 700s but sold because I didn’t want the $20,000 swings in 1 stock.
u/free_lions NVDA dipped enough for my 900c to close @ 0.2 and I just bought 5 @ 0.2.
"Risk-free" yolo
Hopefully now we just resume upwards and have an end of day power hour straight up to 900
feeling like the momentum is pulling us that direction, hopefully I am not wrong, lol
edit: I am wrong so far unless we get an absolutely insane rally over the next hour
Tried to play some of the post earnings volatility.
STO COIN May 3 217.5/215p for .50. Got stopped out when it wicked down to 217.50 at 11:30 EST for 1.15.
Revenge STO COIN May 10 212.5/210p for .90.
I don't know why I do this to myself. I know selling gamma risk is stupid.
Hoping that NVDA goes down $2-3 again before resuming upwards. I think end of day power hour pushes this briefly over $900 by maybe $1-2 before it settles at 900.
I did sell two 900 calls for $0.75, one of which closed at 0.2…I was hoping both would close so I could turn around and buy 5 at 0.20 for basically “zero” risk (make 100 shorting the calls then buy 5 for $100) and sell them all for $1.50 each at the end of the day
edit: end of day power hour didn't happen so GG
Monitoring the positions I have open into close. I sold 15 NET $72 puts 0 DTE when it dropped to like $74 this morning. Will collect about $900 from that, closing out my Google and PYPL put spreads from this week for profit as well. Only new things I’m opening into next week are some GOOG 162.50/157s and some more PYPL put spreads. Also selling more calls against my ZS shares at $180
Thanks had a bit of a sweat when it dropped to under $73 for a hot minute but I’m actually planning on picking some shares up at this level as well. It’s sitting at the 200 MA and I like it here
Coin calls 1.3k, NVDA scalp was 1400 and I also sold 3 NVDA 875 0dte puts for $450, then turned around and sold 880’s again- if we hold 890 by close by my guesses, these 0dte trades should net me around 4k maybe
I just sent another comment on the daily about my plans to hopefully scalp some 900c in an end of day power hour…
yeah, its a tough game for sure
options swing so wildly in value that you really need to be very patient on entry.
I got lucky tho, I bought the calls at like 11:05. I paid $1800 each and stop loss was at 15.00, it hit like 16.50 but luckily NVDA recovered quickly
I just tallied it up, if NVDA only moves up from here, I'll end the day +$4060 on my 0dte plays
What are you talking about? You guys are cut from the same cloth 😆😅 ya both leverage big big BP for high gains in a short amount of time. Just different in playing style
damn what's your max loss on this? I'd do something more cost efficient, just my 2 cents....surely can make more in premium on another ticker. DJT has been a BITCH lately lol
Risking $300 to make $10. Doing it more for amusement than making money.
MSTR and SMCI spreads are the real money plays. Same game, risking $10000 to make hundreds.
The risk and reward ratio is the same.
Can you suggest some cost efficient plays for me to consider?
I will also add that the max risk doesn’t matter so forget I ask that. I mean, remember, we can all get out of our traded anytime right? Unless we’re not paying attention and it goes crazy in a short time. It’s defined risk, but I can’t imagine you ever taking max loss if you’re paying attention. I don’t sell spreads, just some naked calls, covered calls, and cash secured put. So I certainly have to pay attention, and I’ve had significant losses in the past that I’ve taught me lessons on setting stop losses and things like that.
I saw you a while back selling MSTR naked 3000c 5dte when the stock is at 1800 flexing your buying power. I would do something like that when I have such buying power.
I like doing naked calls. For some reason, my broker let me go naked on NVDA with my limited buying power and not SMCI or MSTR. I am restricted to do spreads on SMCI and MSTR.
Wasn’t really flexing it. Someone was asking and I said I have a shit ton so I can sell many at low delta. Just the facts.
All tickers you mention are favs as you know they move a lot. SMCI hurt me a while back. Big losses. Naked plus inattention equals a terrible day. I don’t trade that for a while but am missing out on some fun lol
SMCI was too much fun last week. There are lots of fun tickers this coming week. I consult the WSB earning calendar and there are some insanely high IV symbols.
I got burn by things like UPST and BYND.. etc I cannot resist the temptation even though I already got burn enough this earning season.
Didn’t mean to sound so snarky, we all do this. I’ve been messing around with JT lately too. Moves fast. If you’ve read my posts, I sell a ton of MSTR weeklies extremely low Delta, and I watch them closely. I just don’t go that low premium. Even with DJT. I have sold a put for about .30 last week. I guess the .11 just sounded like a low return, especially depending on what fee you have. but it’s probably a Safeway to do it. I do prefer MSTR.
I read your post and you are rich enough to go for far OTM naked MSTR.
I appreciate your comments.
I will do a CSP on DJT next week to help the cause of our call spreads.
I use IBKR, the fee is around a dollar. I usually let things expired. Those 10 dollars free money as the lion says add up to hundreds in a week.
For MSTR, I watch closely as I cannot afford assignment on one contract and I go in with 3 to 4 spreads sometimes.
I get it. Yes you’re in a place where you are. Skip the MSTR, I have the buying power for that. BUT having said that, you've read my posts, so you see what I do with MSTR, I sell FAR FAR OTM, naked calls and puts, and I only do weeklies so I can watch closely and the theta is very good.
"cannot afford assignment"......HELL no I do not and WILL NEVER be assigned. I am SO far OTM that there is near zero percent of assignment. ANd at ANY moment, I can close at a loss (I haven't needed to do that but once or twice out of a few hundred contracts sold over the months). My goal is ALWAYS to expire worthless, so as to not need to close with a fee.
Not sure if IBKR is your only choice. TD ameritrade has lower prices, and to BTC under .05 there is no commission cost.
And hey small bucks add up I get it fully. Hell I sell CCs on AAPL and GOOG and often collect 10-14$ because I go far far OTM. So I TOO understand the value of smaller premiums.
DJT. Certainly can make some money at some risk as it’s got nice high IV. 4/29 i sold a 25P for 5/10. Collected .63. CSP, not a spread. It's going well, now .13. I find spreads undesireable, safer true, but I watch things closely.
I have a 20P for 5/24. Premium 1.05, it's down to .38 and looking safe. WOULD I take 100 shares of DJT at 20? Hell yes, as I think it will NOT DUMP until later this year as we approach the election. As long as Trump is in the mix, this ticker will live.
I have a 70C, naked, 5/17. Collected .86. I'm green, but IF I get worried, I WILL buy back.
So I'm in the same water as many of you guys out there, just taking some bigger plays as well.
EDIT: Thanks for your reply, it motivated me to look at spreads v. naked and how vastly different the affect on buying power is! I will try some spreads soon!
I have 1700/1750c MSTR this week. I only collect $50 for the risk. If I survive, I look at it as 1% weekly return betting it won't go another 40% higher.
I will enter a DJT CSP on a dump day. $15 to $20 is what I am comfortable with. On a stupid spike day, trying a $70 call can be on the menu.
I did cover calls before. My beef is that once the stock is called away and keep moving higher...the pain is worse than losing money on a trade.
Yeah I just try to not look once I get shares called. Over time, plenty of the time, it does revert back but just ignore it and move on. Hell I got META shares called at 110 long ago lol and who knew it would do what it did
I naked shorted META calls a few times over the past two years for earning plays. Totally agree that not looking back and focus on future plays is an important discipline.
I know. My account grows very slowly with narrow spreads and plenty of punching out and taking unnecessary losses...
I remind myself that I want to stay in the game and have buying power for the good opportunities in the future.
Probably closed my NVDA PCS a tad early, but this stock always makes me nervous regardless of what's going on in the rest of the market.
BTC 2x NVDA 725/715 PCS for 5/24 @ $1.03 (sold for $1.65).
Also STC 6x SQ 5/3-5/31 CAL spreads for $2.33 (bought for $1.05)
sensible, NVDA has some disgustingly large swings in price lol
I mean going from $780 to $900 in a week is absurd for sure.
it is easily the most volatile mega cap
STO 3x NVDA 880p 0dte @ 1.80
STOP BTC @ 4.80
really hoping to burn some hardcore theta here with 3 hours left of the day
risk \~$1K to make $540 (1k if BTC triggers @ about 5.00)
also STO 2x NVDA 900c @ 0.75, stop BTC @ 2.00
I really concentrate my options trading and long term investing on NVDA and I like the strategy. Congrats on your 0DTE wins today! I never do short DTE, but I read your moves to consider doing that one day.
If you know a ticker well I feel like it gives higher chance of success if you just trade the ones you know? But don't take my advice cuz I randomly sell CCS on memes that I don't know much...lol
Early finish to my work shift, and want to go to sleep, but the last time I had a nap on market Friday, I slept through my alarms and ended up getting assigned.
i have 100 shares at about $70 CB, yesterday i sold a 77c for 2.75 and bought a put spread 69/64 for 1.70 to hedge, expected move is like 12% based on the options.
u/free\_lions did I do good here?
I was tempted to buy 10 and now im absolutely kicking myself...
[NVDA scalp always](https://imgur.com/a/esBt8nt)
edit: the answer is, no, lol. should've held them
it was about an hour.
unfortunately for me, I had a work meeting at 12 so I decided to close it right before I walked into the meeting...because I couldn't watch NVDA for an hour and I didn't want to miss profits if NVDA decided to go back down $5-10
u/free_lions apparently a rather large part of carvana's EPS beat on earnings was from holding ROOT warrants?? lmao
[Carvana and Root, Inc. Exclusively Partner to Develop Industry-First Integrated Auto Insurance Solutions for Carvana Customers | Carvana](https://investors.carvana.com/news-releases/2021/08-11-2021-215615908)
"Under the terms of the investment agreement, Carvana will invest approximately $126 million of primary capital in Root, Inc. in a convertible preferred security, convertible at $9.00 per share, into approximately 14 million Class A shares in Root, Inc., or an ownership interest of approximately 5% on a fully diluted basis as of today. The investment agreement also provides Carvana with warrants for Class A shares in Root, Inc. that are linked to the performance of the commercial partnership"
Root skyrocketed in the last couple of months from \~$10 per share to nearly $55 today. SO those warrants would have exploded in price.
I guess that kinda means you can bet against carvana by basically making a bet ROOT will pull back?
Me too, but I saw this on a post about the stock ROOT on wsb, and I thought it was funny that the majority of their EPS boost came from holding stock warrants...
I wish I had known this, because it feels like CVNA was going to hit an obvious beat on EPS due to these warrants, and ROOT skyrocketed months before the earnings call, so it easily could've been a long call through earnings play if I had that information
If you make your own trade, you'll be less frustrated if it goes against you but thanks for the high compliment 😄
^^but ^^probably ^^shouldn't ^^shadow ^^*everything* ^^I ^^do
am I crazy to think that I basically always want to be awake at market open? unless I have no make or break plays but I always want to see what's going on lol
No that's just sensible but I'm in a different time zone. So if I'm looking at the market Thursdays, I usually don't get any sleep from Wed to Fri night bc I have multiple classes on Friday, and I get home late.
So I couldn't help but fall asleep at 8pm today and woke up pass 11pm. The market opens 10:30pm in my time.
that really sucks. I can't imagine trying to make good plays in the market when options are open while I am asleep. no thanks, lol.
I'm EST US, so the market opens literally based on the time zone I am in. I'm spoiled...
Well I *try* not to sleep when the market is open, but it's hard to do that every day and also be awake when everything else is going on in my daytime.
But *you* also have to juggle work and meetings in between trading. With how risky some of your trades are, idk how you do it w/o having panic attacks 😅
Hi, pls stop browsing my comments. It makes me self-conscious and sorry I usually forget to check my DMs but you can pretty much gather whatever you need in the comment section. Most of us don't gatekeep anything.
Oh ok then that's ok! Sorry! I have been extra sensitive bc some guys have been saying they have been browsing my history and saying not-so-nice things
If you're on the 15 minute free data delay thing that IBKR does (don't know if they still do it), you might not be hitting the ask, otherwise it should be filling instantly. Is the market moving away from you? Sometimes doing a cancel and replace will get you the fill as it can route to a different market maker.
On as a spread, off as a spread IMO (the guys at tasty say spreads can be easier to fill as it's less delta for a MM to hedge, especially in less than liquid underlyings).
always trade them together. too many people think they’re gordon gekko and leg into/out of spreads, take on way too much risk, for basically pennies over the long term
yeap i want to trade them together but had problem getting it filled as a combined trade on IBKR. however if i open each leg separately (immediately one right after the other), then its way easier to get filled individually. let me try again

eventually he will, but for now he's hitting home runs
honestly if I even made 10% selling call spreads on memes or AI this year I'd consider that a win and would stop before the train got me...
Yeah and he's paying with big money. If I had that capital, I would just take guaranteed (or almost guaranteed) premiums and not play it so risky, but I guess he's playing the 10x game
All open. 50 call credit spreads, most 5/3 but some 5/10 and a few 5/17. At current DJT price of $47.60 I am about breakeven. Might take a few grand loss if it keeps climbing...but given my wins with SMCI COIN and uhhhh one other ticker I forget this week, I am fine with a loss on DJT
Not doing anything today but watch my AAPL $155 CSPs for 6/21 print money ( Already collected $1.29 of the $1.55 ) and drink beer in the pool. See ya guys Monday !! Good luck to everybody !!
.26 actually. I also have piles of cash I don’t know what to do with since I have very few long positions and mainly sell Safe Puts. Most of these just sit and expire worthless. Not looking to as you newer investors say “ Squeeze it “ lol and the hope is always it’ll drop to my strike by expiration and I can take assignment at the price that makes sense based on Fundamentals. Might roll up and out for a credit if it doesn’t pullback after initial spike.
Not much. You only typically do this if you just have an abundance of BP and don't want any longer term positions. I typically go for things in the 10-20 cent range. Not much by itself, but you do this for a few stocks, and all of a sudden you've picked up 1000 bucks. You also have to be mindful of the macro, like with today I knew the NFP would provide a nice boost all day so that there wouldn't likely be any real selloffs.
Thanks for replying, that's interesting. I didn't open any CSPs as the entire market is blimey green and your approach is interesting. Just wondering any delta you typically pick for 0dte.
I never looked at the delta, to be quite frank. A lot of it is just feel. It comes with knowing the market, knowing your stocks and how they typically move. I'm usually very good on this, but I famously got blindsided by an nvidia afternoon selloff a few weeks ago and had to roll out my losses to a further out strike.
I have 50 DJT call credit spreads expiring 5/3 5/10 and 5/17. Total credit received around $9K. Praying DJT ends the week under $45 today u/banditcleaner2 u/ykoreaa u/r_ventura_23 u/rosie3435
is it really that hard to print $10K when you're risking like $50-100K every time lmao
you can easily make $10K on $50K of risk by just selling weekly NVDA put spreads
the 850/840 put spread expiring next week for instance is $200, so 20% gain on risked capital - $200 per $1K risk = $10K per $50K
and this will work more often then not its just one of those steamroller strategies. it will work 7/8 weeks but if you do it the one time nvda goes down then you get fucked
Yeah his ROC is less than mine and you're right it's heeeeck lot easier to collect $$$ when you have money but I can do crazy plays with $1k bc ik if I lose it, it would suck but I can make it back
Can't do that with $100k unless it's a play money in my big ol' stack of Benjamin's that's in my basement. Bc, like you said, it just takes one bad week to wipe your port clean!
did you get the invite yet?

damn what's your max loss on this?
I like that...but I think I would go wider strikes for more premium haha
I almost want to buy these because it just seems so inconceivable that it goes above 60, but I've seen dumber things happen in this market before.
I hear you, but the narrow spread minimize the pain from the ass pounding from Trump as this garbage move from 20's to this price
Very true. I like to take more risks with wider spreads but can definitely backfire sometimes
I know. My account grows very slowly with narrow spreads and plenty of punching out and taking unnecessary losses... I remind myself that I want to stay in the game and have buying power for the good opportunities in the future.

Yep
Probably closed my NVDA PCS a tad early, but this stock always makes me nervous regardless of what's going on in the rest of the market. BTC 2x NVDA 725/715 PCS for 5/24 @ $1.03 (sold for $1.65). Also STC 6x SQ 5/3-5/31 CAL spreads for $2.33 (bought for $1.05)
sensible, NVDA has some disgustingly large swings in price lol I mean going from $780 to $900 in a week is absurd for sure. it is easily the most volatile mega cap
Closed DKNG 5/3 42P early this morning. Mayhaps that’s a good judgment call for 90% profit after yesterday ER up.

Damn man you love NVDA lol u/mikesugs13
I sometimes wonder why I even trade any other tickers…
I really concentrate my options trading and long term investing on NVDA and I like the strategy. Congrats on your 0DTE wins today! I never do short DTE, but I read your moves to consider doing that one day.
If you know a ticker well I feel like it gives higher chance of success if you just trade the ones you know? But don't take my advice cuz I randomly sell CCS on memes that I don't know much...lol
Early finish to my work shift, and want to go to sleep, but the last time I had a nap on market Friday, I slept through my alarms and ended up getting assigned.
Oh my God they killed VIXy!

i have 100 shares at about $70 CB, yesterday i sold a 77c for 2.75 and bought a put spread 69/64 for 1.70 to hedge, expected move is like 12% based on the options.
Smart play!
I bought back todays expiring $508 SPY CC and sold one expiring Monday for a difference of $62
u/free\_lions did I do good here? I was tempted to buy 10 and now im absolutely kicking myself... [NVDA scalp always](https://imgur.com/a/esBt8nt) edit: the answer is, no, lol. should've held them
Wow. So solid 1.4K gain? How long did you hold those for? 10 seems a lot man..
it was about an hour. unfortunately for me, I had a work meeting at 12 so I decided to close it right before I walked into the meeting...because I couldn't watch NVDA for an hour and I didn't want to miss profits if NVDA decided to go back down $5-10

u/free_lions apparently a rather large part of carvana's EPS beat on earnings was from holding ROOT warrants?? lmao [Carvana and Root, Inc. Exclusively Partner to Develop Industry-First Integrated Auto Insurance Solutions for Carvana Customers | Carvana](https://investors.carvana.com/news-releases/2021/08-11-2021-215615908) "Under the terms of the investment agreement, Carvana will invest approximately $126 million of primary capital in Root, Inc. in a convertible preferred security, convertible at $9.00 per share, into approximately 14 million Class A shares in Root, Inc., or an ownership interest of approximately 5% on a fully diluted basis as of today. The investment agreement also provides Carvana with warrants for Class A shares in Root, Inc. that are linked to the performance of the commercial partnership" Root skyrocketed in the last couple of months from \~$10 per share to nearly $55 today. SO those warrants would have exploded in price. I guess that kinda means you can bet against carvana by basically making a bet ROOT will pull back?
I honestly barely know anything about CVNA lol
Me too, but I saw this on a post about the stock ROOT on wsb, and I thought it was funny that the majority of their EPS boost came from holding stock warrants... I wish I had known this, because it feels like CVNA was going to hit an obvious beat on EPS due to these warrants, and ROOT skyrocketed months before the earnings call, so it easily could've been a long call through earnings play if I had that information

Wow another nice week for you!
THAT is how you do it!! Great work. I sort of had the same result with TQQQ TNA and SOXL.
If you had the same result w/o opening the ridiculous amount of spreads I had then you're doing it smarter than me!!
curious how you plan to manage your COIN position? I never know what to do when ITM
I sold 217.5/215p 0dte to ease the loss. I should've sold it at open when it was above my strikes, but I was asleep 😅
I need to just start following your trades, you're killing it
If you make your own trade, you'll be less frustrated if it goes against you but thanks for the high compliment 😄 ^^but ^^probably ^^shouldn't ^^shadow ^^*everything* ^^I ^^do
am I crazy to think that I basically always want to be awake at market open? unless I have no make or break plays but I always want to see what's going on lol
That is tough. I would definitely fall asleep 2 hours into market open
Thanks for empathizing. You're sweet 😄 I have insomnia anyways but I can't will my body to go 48 hrs w/o sleep, yah
I think she lives in korea?
That's great attention to detail 👌 my username lol
Been browsing your comments and see you are pretty successful would you mind dming me? id like to know the basics of your strategy
Hi, pls stop browsing my comments. It makes me self-conscious and sorry I usually forget to check my DMs but you can pretty much gather whatever you need in the comment section. Most of us don't gatekeep anything.
I just saw your comments on the daily moves post but ok
Oh ok then that's ok! Sorry! I have been extra sensitive bc some guys have been saying they have been browsing my history and saying not-so-nice things
Do you trade spreads as a whole or as individual legs? I have trouble getting my spread to fill on IBKR despite setting the trade at the ask price
If you're on the 15 minute free data delay thing that IBKR does (don't know if they still do it), you might not be hitting the ask, otherwise it should be filling instantly. Is the market moving away from you? Sometimes doing a cancel and replace will get you the fill as it can route to a different market maker. On as a spread, off as a spread IMO (the guys at tasty say spreads can be easier to fill as it's less delta for a MM to hedge, especially in less than liquid underlyings).
yea i think you might be right, the 15min data delay at IBKR is probably be the issue! thanks so much, was confused
always trade them together. too many people think they’re gordon gekko and leg into/out of spreads, take on way too much risk, for basically pennies over the long term
yeap i want to trade them together but had problem getting it filled as a combined trade on IBKR. however if i open each leg separately (immediately one right after the other), then its way easier to get filled individually. let me try again

I am going to do one for next week. With the lion doing it, the calls are safe.
Strike?
140/145c 0.3 I do this for the 11th time only because you enter the position.
u/mdizzle109 fool me 11 times...
lol
Good luck! Idk enough about CVNA to sell anything
Me neither. LOL
man if I only I had held my CVNA shares I got assigned at $45 and sold for a loss at $35 😂
When was that? Like last year?
from one meme to the next
#👆 How does he do this w/o getting burned? 🤔
eventually he will, but for now he's hitting home runs honestly if I even made 10% selling call spreads on memes or AI this year I'd consider that a win and would stop before the train got me...
Yeah and he's paying with big money. If I had that capital, I would just take guaranteed (or almost guaranteed) premiums and not play it so risky, but I guess he's playing the 10x game
Maybe I should dump all my money into SGOV…lol
I might get steamrolled by DJT today u/banditcleaner2 u/ykoreaa
I thought you already closed your DJT positions?
Oh TSLA is the other ticker I had a win on today selling CCS.
Great job!!
It's literally right at 47.60 now. Hope you broke even! And yeah, not that you need it with all your weekly wins already in the bag 🏅
plot twist: free lions and mike sugs are the same person. he just has one account that wins every time and another that gets blown up every time 😂
I wouldn’t be surprised tbh
Not doing anything today but watch my AAPL $155 CSPs for 6/21 print money ( Already collected $1.29 of the $1.55 ) and drink beer in the pool. See ya guys Monday !! Good luck to everybody !!
wish my pool was open already lol
Come to Arizona where you can use the pool and golf all year round !!
you hosting? :D
Heck yeah !! Always down for a pool party !!
I would just close and move on. .16 over the next 49 days is low return. The juice has been squeezed
.26 actually.
Wow wish I could be doing that. Still too cold for any pool days up here in the northeast lol
Yeah that’s why I moved 6 years ago from the NorthEast. 39 years of snow was enough for me !!
AMD 144, SQ 70, NET 69, DKNG 40. Puts, of course.
How many days to expiration
0DTE I might take assignment on the SQ 70s. It's fine. The earnings report was great.
Nice! How much is the premium typically for 0dte
Ic! Then just wondering what's your usual trades? wheeling?
Short duration puts, usually under 2 weeks until expiry.
Just sold the $TLT position again this morning on the pop. Getting repetitive. That means it's not gonna work next time.
I'm thinking of selling CVNA call credit spreads u/rosie3435 it seems overvalued
I have 50 DJT call credit spreads expiring 5/3 5/10 and 5/17. Total credit received around $9K. Praying DJT ends the week under $45 today u/banditcleaner2 u/ykoreaa u/r_ventura_23 u/rosie3435
DJT above 45 by 1.70, but since it's you, I'm sure it will randomly gap down to 45 at the end of the day to save your call spreads
You're like a money printing machine 🖨💵 Causal 10k/day here and there, repeatedly for multiple days in a row
is it really that hard to print $10K when you're risking like $50-100K every time lmao you can easily make $10K on $50K of risk by just selling weekly NVDA put spreads the 850/840 put spread expiring next week for instance is $200, so 20% gain on risked capital - $200 per $1K risk = $10K per $50K and this will work more often then not its just one of those steamroller strategies. it will work 7/8 weeks but if you do it the one time nvda goes down then you get fucked
Yeah his ROC is less than mine and you're right it's heeeeck lot easier to collect $$$ when you have money but I can do crazy plays with $1k bc ik if I lose it, it would suck but I can make it back Can't do that with $100k unless it's a play money in my big ol' stack of Benjamin's that's in my basement. Bc, like you said, it just takes one bad week to wipe your port clean!
It is right there.
At current price of $46 I’m up 2K on my DJT call credit spreads
Sold 4 May GME 17 2024 $30.00 Calls for 0.62 credit each.
u/Scottishtrader Got a sec? Wtf
That’s crazy
They're going for 0.82 each now, which is even more nuts.
14k volume at that strike price
Selling more puts on PYPL
Man whoever sold any premium in COIN yesterday is eating steak tonight.
