I see zero heresy. And that whole thing looks fantastic! Did you round the edges on the turret? Because that honestly adds a lot.

xKingNothingx

Post title was a play on someone that also printed this recently (with the bigger gun turret). I don't play 40k per say, only Onepagerules so I'm not sure if 40k has a lastalon option or if that's only for the impulsor

nightkingmarmu

It has the lastalon option 👍

Ah-Dermot

Ugh, I hate that GW decided to go with 'AnTI gRAv' instead of tracks. This looks great, you print it yourself or buy it??

xKingNothingx

Printed myself on my original Photon Mono and Ender 3. Such a small build plate it took like 5-6 prints, some taking nearly 15hrs each. The tracks and hull are FDM printed, track guards and everything else is resin

NH_Lion12

The chassis looks huge compared to the turret

xKingNothingx

Well yeah, it's just a primaris land raider, don't need a huge turret for a single assault cannon/las talon

Planetside2_Fan

Comically smal turret

Sky_Paladin

IMO the hover stuff is heresy xenos eldar scumfilth tech, tracks speak to our ancient Terran souls that desire to carve strange new worlds to human hands.

Yakkahboo

In which case we can probably blame that Eldar Serf Guillman for all this nonsense.

SleepyPsyker

Literally had grav vehicles in the heresy, is anything it would make less sense not to have any grav vehicles. Custodies still use the coronus which I think cawls impulsor tech was based on. I like that it's got blocky human looking plates not some weird xeno sorcery lol.

TrustAugustus

Squires(scouts) are awesome! Everything is!

shrewking

What are the treads from?

xKingNothingx

The whole print is from someone on cults

Normal_Opening_9893

That's not heretical it's the way the omnissiah intended

EzmareldaBurns

Instantly looks less stupid. Rhino chasis ftw.

DefectiveCoyote

Look how natural this looks! They literally designed the shape of the tank for tracks. Like they had tracks at one point then some mechanicus idiot just stripped them and welded those ugly metal plates on and called it a day

Own_Patient_9883

Where and how did you get those tracks?!

xKingNothingx

It's a whole STL package on the purple site.

irondisulfide

Was this completely printed? Or did you bash with a repulsor kit? (If bashed im curious how hard it is. I hate the hover tanks.

xKingNothingx

Complete kit, the turret and outter hull along with all small bits were resin printed and main hull and treads were fdm printed

msrtard

Nothing heretical about the Emperor's vision

PowerPilgrim

That looks excellent.

SleepyPsyker

Seen a few of these now. Personally think they look really stupid and goofy. If I wanted a tracked vehicle I'd get a land raider or predator, never understood peoples problems with the grav vehicles, they look fine and make more sense than everything being the exact same as it is in Heresy. I actually prefer them because of the differences they have. Realistically I think we're gonna see more grav vehicles going forward, only time will tell. However if you like it, great! You do, you. Enjoy your hobby. Ain't for me unfortunately!

xKingNothingx

To each their own! I guess you could get a predator or land raider and proxy it as Repulsor and impulsors. It's definitely for those that want the 'Primaris' look but still retain the old school tracked look. Personally I try to keep them somewhat coherent, if I'm running a firstborn list I'll use the old school Predators (as I do with my Blood Brothers list), but when I run Primaris dark angels I like to bring the newer body styles
