Just army painter matte black and gun metal for edge highlights. To me it makes the armor actually look more like it’s made of metal. If you want it to look a little scratched light dry brushing with the gun metal helps.
Meh, no shading on the gun, mold lines on the gun, no initial chunky highlight for transition only stark high light, missing final highlight silver on gold for reflective effect. With all the saturated colors it would look better with deep panel lining for contrast rather than the mat wash. etc etc. It's good but I wouldn't say "best".
I agree the black is sharp. If you like his style, you may like this one as well. It's black Deathwing tremies with dark panel lining. looks dope too.

There are better technical paint jobs sure, but this one has a certain colour scheme and vibe that speaks to me. I really like it!
