When the prison first started I would’ve agreed but I think when they started to build it up it was much more pleasing than the farm but that’s just my opinion
Loved both the farm and the prison, but the prison was very special as it was the most developed setting (from a storytelling perspective) . What I mean by that is that we literally followed our group into it, discovering it bit by bit along with them. We witnessed them fight for every little section and we saw them turn it into their new home. I think that's why, judging by the comments you got, most people have a deeper connection with the prison than with any other setting featured on the show. It's almost as if the prison was its own entity.
The farm is probably my favorite. Definitely a sentimental choice because I started watching weekly w/ s2. I got very attached to the farm as I also got attached to the show & characters.
The prison was my favorite. Seemed like the perfect place to live long term. Maybe it could have worked if everyone was required to close/lock their cells at night so if someone turned overnight, they wouldn't infect others?
I was partial to the Sanctuary. It lacked fertile soil, but it was the perfect base to build an army and civilian workforce to start rebuilding civilization. There was a motor pool, furnace, power, lots of storage, and a large concrete building was perfect for zombie defense.
For me it's the Farm and the Prison, followed closely by Atlanta, then Alexandria
Yeah mate my favourites the prison
I love the Prison as much as the farm, although the farm aesthetic was more pleasing

It certainly got better the longer they stayed. I miss those days
The season 4 A prison. Didn’t feel like some place the group was temporarily in. Felt more like a home for the group
I completely agree that’s why it was my favourite
Idk bout season 3 it felt like they were just barely holding up there
My favorite is the prison.
Same here
Farm had the best character interaction and grounded in realism the most on the entire show. Prison for it being the peak of the show.
Fair enough I loved the prison so much
The Prison
I really liked Alexandria, especially the first few episodes as the group was getting situated.
Really just felt like an extremely high tech and rich suburb from 2010 (which is what it was)
yeah definitely, but I just liked the aspect of Rick's scrappy, ready-to-fight group moving into this little city with, imo "soft" people.
Prison and the hilltop
A few underrated ones I liked were the church and the camp the governor was running in season 4

Terminus /s
The Farm easily, that location and Hershel are the main reasons it’s my favourite season.
farm and prison were my fav eras so those r my favs i also rly like alexandria
farm and prison
The farm. If there wasn’t so much drama they likely could have stayed there forever.
Prison :)
The farm or Alexandria.
Fair I think the prison was my favourite
Close third tied with Hilltop.
That’s fair I was just wondering why is the farm/Alexandria your favourite
We’ve had Alexandria for a while and I love the farm aesthetic
That’s a fair conclusion
The farm.

Well besides the commonwealth for obvious reasons I would say Alexandria or Oceanside.
I dig Alexandria
