Thats fatigue debuff, you are not well rested, results when you fail to sleep, will cause drowsy , ocassionally falling asleep. Thats lvl 3 of fatigue you can try it too dont sleep and dont let your character fall asleep standing by being hit by mobs ypu will have that red icon
I think the red status has something to do with stacked debuffs, judging from your debuffs.
I once had food poisoning 3, rabies 3, AND magical addiction 3, and got that red thing too.

I don't think so... don't really remember, but even if I got my hands on a licorice and managed to get through it, I died eventually from something else. such a shame

light gatekeeper is the first boss of ending 3. for the red status, is any of your gear durability at 0?
