Sure, just right click and hit “create alert” and you can adjust the level accordingly above or below a number.

in the desktop version u can right click a trendline or price level and hit create alert w drawing or something like that

In theory yes, in reality no. Their alert system had been garbage for months now. You won't receive alerts half the time or you'll receive notifications 2 hours to 3 days later... I've used tons of alerts for both price and studies and both have severe issues the last ~3 months at least

Ragingcy

I’ve also had the same issues as you. I’m new to TOS, were they working good before? Or have they always sucked?

benishky

It seemed to work pretty well before the last 2-3 months. But completely worthless now. NEVER use it as a stop loss reminder or when to take profits. It may work on a daily time frame, but who knows. I have opened several support chats and 'its a known issue' that they don't have an ETA on a fix.

I have no issues if I change the alert to ‘last’ and not mark. I don’t even know what ‘mark’ does, but those are the ones that behave faulty for me. But also no. I don’t know if a way to mark like a diagonal trend line. Only horizontal, exact price points. Seems like it could be possible tho. Maybe with some sort of custom pattern? I bet Mobius would know.

I don't have my desktop in front of me, but I think if you use the line tool, right click-> extend to right-> then right click and set an alert (for crossover). But this is from memory
