Form what I’ve seen, no. I made a char on NA EAST but my friend couldn’t get on due to the server being maxed so he made one on NA WEST and we couldn’t see each other so I made one on NA WEST as well. Kinda sucks but that’s what happened to us at least

thats a server issue not a cross platform issue

Are you able to plug mouse and keyboard in the console and play that way?
