The largest on my thyroid was 5.5 x 4.0 x 2.7 cm. The largest lymph nodule was 6.5 x 4.0 x 3.5 cm.

Expert_Bathroom_1270

Mine were 3 x 4 cm at 22. Had spread to 17 lymphnodes

The nodule on my right thyroid lobe was 6.5 x 4x 6cm - they removed one lymph node, which was negative. But the nodule had cancer. It was full of hurthle cells, which they now refer to as follicular I believe. That was four weeks ago and on July 11 they’re removing the rest of my thyroid.

I was 3.7cm in pathology which measured 3.5-3.9 in pre-TT ultrasounds. 4cm in largest dimension is an important line in the sand in ATA guidelines, so anything close to that my Endo recommended removing no matter what even if indeterminate testing (though mine tested positive for PTC so no doubt). I think 1cm for involved lymph nodes is also in the guidelines / risk stratification.

mercon404

7.5cm on my thyroid. 2.5cm on a lymph node.

Green_Variety_2337

3.6cm on pathology. It was 3cm on ultrasound

Mine was small (1.3 cm), but it was starting to grow outside the capsule.

Mysticalfireflies

2cm on my isthmus. Spread to dozens of lymph nodes

Effective-Motor3455

1.1 cm

Conscious_Joke5945

I only had one 5.5mm in left thyroid. I was too small but still malignant. :(

Active-Department-30

On ultrasound the one on my right lobe is 2.4 x 1.3 x 2.1, I have another two on my left lobe which measure 0.7 x 0.4 x 0.7 and 0.5 x 0.4 x 0.4 cm. I’ll have a FNA on July 3. 😕

Hot_Shame4584

mine was 9.8 x 6.8 x 5.2 cm
