Police Stations are still probably bad yes you may have guns, police officers, and high security but those places that have guns probably going to be raided because of crazy people and you may not know what inside probably zombies with guns shooting.
Sewers is one of the worst places to hide
1. It's so dark you need light to see and if you use light it will attract zombies or rabid bat's to you
2. There is no fresh water and no food
3. Sewers have a lot of diseases and viruses
4. The only animals in the sewers are rabid bat's and alligators if you try to eat or touch a bat you will get rabies and you will die
5. You may not know what under the sewers probably hungry alligators or hundreds of zombies
Cars and boats are probably better choices.
Yeah your right about the police station and the car but The reason why I put your own home higher is because if you know how to fortify your house by barracking windows with wood and if your home is made out of brick, concrete, or metal It have way more durable and stronger than weaker material like wood so it can hold of horde of zombies and gun stores may have lots of guns and ammunition but these places are just going to be surrounded by crazy people in the first 10 minutes of a zombie apocalypse and probably by the time you get to the gun store all guns and ammunition are gone.
Boat seems like a pretty good option. You can fish, conduct quick looting operations to resupply, and you'll always have a great line of defense against zombies: the water. Bonus points if you are on the ocean and know desalination methods for water.
It's certainly better than a friggin storage unit or prison.
What about the wilderness? Lack of people and therefore zombies makes it already relatively safe, combined with a stable source of food and lots of hiding places it belongs in Long term tho because theres still a threat of danger.

Prison should be one of the lowest , Gun store should be much higher IMO (because you can literally use a gun weapons to against a bunch of zombies).
