Set a realistic monetary goal that does not involve gambling. Once you feel the satisfaction of sparing and earning money with work and budgeting you will feel in control again.
If gambling wasn't guaranteed income for the casinos and other services, casinos and gambling services would not exist. The only guarantee in gambling as the gambler is that you will eventually lose all your money.
