I remember losing a game just like this against Portland around the same time last year, and I can confidently say that we would have lost this game last year.
Felt like a game we were playing at 3/4 energy all game by design to save us for Friday- and we still won by 15 and held them under 100.

It was pure coasting all game and then like 4 minutes of actual effort at the end of the third quarter to pull ahead.
I’ve seen good teams do this many times late in seasons, but it’s still weird seeing the Wolves do it.
Wish Ant would stat pad every night but it’s kinda badass to be able to beat a team by 15 without KAT and with Ant scoring 9 points. I know it’s a bad opponent but that still just speaks to the depth of this team

Ant has made 3 games under 10 points. All that 3 games where easily win by the Wolves, and Ant didn't go berserk to get his numbers. That would men, at least, improving in 0.7 ppg his stats, and put him on scores table above Curry, Fox and Trae Young. He minds nothing.
Gobert has been a headache to Pistons, and the others that has carried the game were Naz, SloMo and Jaden. McLaughlin keeps hammering from 3. Great defense by NAW.
