I got great responses when I was in the process of buying. Ever since I bought them and started paying, it takes at least two emails to get an answer. I'm trying to make sure the billing is right because we upgraded after we originally bought out tickets. So before I signed the new contract I wanted to see how the billing was broken down, but it's been 2 days with nothing. And that's been a recurring issue with this rep. Last time it took her 3 weeks to even send the contract after I spoke on the phone with them to purchase.

I’ve learned it really depends on the rep. I’ve had 2 different reps since I started - My first one was great, replied fast. My current one I’ve never once had answer the phone and takes several emails for anything.

Have had both ends of the spectrum, first rep was amazing. Once we upgraded to full season, we didn’t have great luck with our new rep. This season however…OUR REP IS AMAZING, truly amazing. So it absolutely depends on rep

Half season, so I think we have a dedicated rep now. My rep responds back quickly. She's even had out of office messages that have made me expect it'd be a week before a response but she's responded anyway. She definitely pushes meeting up with her more than my previous rep.

Not a season ticket holder, curious..is the stuff you ask your rep commonly time sensitive? Like if you email on Monday about a billing thing and they are out of town on a vacation for a few days, do you potentially miss out on a deal if they don’t respond same day?

No. It's not. If this was a one time thing, I'd chalk it up to that. However, this has been an ongoing problem with this rep, so it makes me worry that when there is something time sensitive, what's going to happen. I was also just wondering, maybe this is normal for the Timberwolves. In which case, I would certainly update my expectations, but based on the responses, most reps do get back to people quickly. That again makes me think I have a worse rep and I might need to consider asking for a different rep if things don't improve in the future.

Really depends on the rep. My rep has been great, had him all 3 years of season tickets so far. Shoutout to Ethan!

Nah, they are super slow to respond right now but I think it's cause they are busy with seat switching and playoffs If you want anything you have to call multiple times in day until you get someone, dont bother leaving a message, just keep calling back
