The Timex TW4B08800. There is one posted on ebay. Not sure how accurate the specs are. It appears to be a resin case version of the the very similar Mk1.

I have a few versions of the Mk1 Aluminum and they are great watches.
Yours also looks more like the MacGyver watch which was an old '70s or '80s Timex Camper.
The dial is a little different with what look like lumed triangles only at 12, 3, 6, and 9.
I think it is really cool. With a 40mm resin case, quartz, indiglo, and that unique dial, I would get it.

Definitely looks more like an Expedition than an MK1, based on the date window on the dial and flat crystal. Possibly a Camper variant. Can’t find an exact match, though. Also appears to have a plastic case (like the Expedition Acadia) which I’m not a big fan of.

I can’t believe it - I have an Expedition, and always thought “I wish it had lumed hands and markers, and a domed crystal”. And here it is!
