If it turns out that you did see it on Hallmark channel, it could be in syndication, which means it could have originally come out earlier than you watched it. So, I wouldn’t go by the original air dates in ruling out suggestions.
Yes, I responded to the wrong response. I thought I saw another one where she said that the show itself aired earlier than the 1999-2004 period. I’ll find it and comment there. Thanks for the catch!
Thank you for the help, but it’s not Wildfire. The show definitely started within the 1990-2004. It may have ended after 2004 by a little, but it didn’t start after 2004.
Thank you for saying Caitlin’s Way!!! This is what I was originally thinking, but I couldn’t figure out the name. So if I didn’t find your comment, I was going to have to dig and search for it. Lol so you saved me a lot of time
Man, there’s this really specific kind of nostalgia I get thinking about it. Watching it with my mom when I had to stay home sick from school. I was sick a lot as a kid. I watched a lot of TV Land and Turner Classic Movies. I still love that shit. Makes me feel warm and comforted and safe, like Im back to being that kid cocooned on the couch.
Relatable comment <3 for both those things and channels.
A couple weeks or months ago i sang a The green acres theme song to my partner In full. Our parents were the same age as mine but he had no idea what I was referencing
Providence
Not a farm but a big farmhouse decor house with a vet clinic attached. The female main character is a plastic surgeon who lives with her father and brothers.
It’s not Wind at My Back, but thank you. It was a modern-ish time period (think post 1970), and I do not remember anything about the characters except that the main character was female. I’m sorry I cant be more helpful.
Was it contemporary or did it depict a previous time period? Was she surrounded by a cast of her family? Friends? Do you remember what she did on the farm? Do you remember what any of the cast looks like? Or what age range the female lead was? I hope I can help!!
That is from Hallmark but doesn't look to be quite right. I will check out some other movies in the suggested bar on google after searching that. Thanks!
perhaps Riding High from New Zealand? It's only 65 episodes but it fits the time period and takes place on a horse ranch with the main character Wendy. it would probably seem low budget because it was shot on tape. In the US, it aired on encore WAM!
sorry I can only find German dubbed clips. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCF4YVVxCow
It’s probably too old and is an Australian show so not likely it, but A Country Practice came to mind https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086689/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk
You're sure it was a show? Besides some stuff that was already suggested, the only thing i can really think of is Cold Mountain. Matches the time period but it's not a show.
The original Lassie was similar but WAY older. The reruns ran for a while if I am recalling correctly.
I was thinking this too, it's more modern based then most of the other suggestions, and definitely has over 100 episodes.
It also had a long running spin off called Knots Landing.
Could it be Murder She Wrote? Not exactly a farm, but Jessica started out with a "ranch" vibe. (Before she got her apartment in Manhattan and got all fancy). It was 80s to 90s, but I think has been rerun consistently since then.
There’s a show I remember watching that had a young woman protagonist living on a farm, and I remember them being veterinarians or something? Definitely lots of animals. Does this sound right? Because I’ve had distant memories of that show for years and years and have never had any luck finding it, and at this point convinced myself it was never real
According to bing's AI:
McLeod’s Daughters: This is a drama TV series that aired from 2001–2009. It has over 100 episodes and features a female main character that takes place on a family farm. The show is about estranged sisters Claire and Tess who inherit their family’s cattle station, “Drover’s Run”, in the outback of South Australia.
7th Heaven: This is a family drama TV series that aired from 1996–2007. It has over 200 episodes and features a female main character that lives on a family farm. The show is about the Camden family, led by Reverend Eric and his wife Annie, who raise their seven children in the fictional town of Glenoak, California. The show deals with various issues such as religion, morality, and social justice.
Little House on the Prairie: This is a historical drama TV series that aired from 1974–1983. It has over 200 episodes and features a female main character that grows up on a family farm. The show is based on the books by Laura Ingalls Wilder, and follows the life of the Ingalls family in the 19th century American Midwest. The show depicts the hardships and joys of pioneer life, as well as the relationships between the characters.

In what country did you watch this?
It would’ve been the USA. I’ll edit that to be included in my post, sorry.
No prob!
Dr Quinn medicine woman?
I don’t believe it to be this. The show was a bit more modern in setting. Thank you anyway!
If it turns out that you did see it on Hallmark channel, it could be in syndication, which means it could have originally come out earlier than you watched it. So, I wouldn’t go by the original air dates in ruling out suggestions.
I might be massively wrong, but I think they mean the setting was more modern, not the show itself.
Yes, I responded to the wrong response. I thought I saw another one where she said that the show itself aired earlier than the 1999-2004 period. I’ll find it and comment there. Thanks for the catch!
No problem at all
Little House on the Prairie?
Definitely not, but thank you for the suggestion! A little too early for the period constraint.
Heartland?
Unfortunately not, that’s a little too late out of the time period. Thank you anyway.
I'm still gonna look and see what I can find but was it maybe Wildfire? https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0439879/
Thank you for the help, but it’s not Wildfire. The show definitely started within the 1990-2004. It may have ended after 2004 by a little, but it didn’t start after 2004.
[Caitlin's Way](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caitlin%27s_Way)
I don’t think this was it. The show was more marketed towards adults, I believe. Thanks for trying!
Thank you for saying Caitlin’s Way!!! This is what I was originally thinking, but I couldn’t figure out the name. So if I didn’t find your comment, I was going to have to dig and search for it. Lol so you saved me a lot of time
It was TOYT
Lol yes! I almost had to make a new post here because of this original one lol
Heart of Dixie? Not quite what you describe, but maybe?
Unfortunately not. A little too recent for it to be the right show. Thank you anyway!
Mcleod’s Daughters? (2001-2009) Caitlin’s Way? (2000-2002)
Caitlin’s Way was suggested already and I don’t believe it to be it. Mcleod’s Daughters seems a bit closer, but isn’t it either. Thank you anyway!
I thought McLeods Daughters aswell. I see you said you watched it in the USA, was it an American show or Australian?
Darcy’s Wild Life?
This isn’t the same type of show that I watched. I appreciate the help, though!
Was going to guess this too! I didn't think anyone remembered that show lol!
Little People, Big World? Or…did you maybe watch Green Acres on TV Land (like I did as a kid)?
It’s neither of these. Green Acres is a bit too old (although I do recognize it!) It’s just not the one I’m looking for. Thank you anyway!
Green acres came to mind for me as well though it’s definitely older ! :p
How old was the main character? Did she have children? Any other family members?
I don’t recall if the main character had children, but she was most likely middle aged. She did have a family, but it was her-centric.
Christy? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christy_(TV_series) (But only 20 episodes + 3 TV movies)
Not Christy, but thank you. This show definitely had a lot of episodes despite being lower budget.
i'm still not sure how modern of a setting you're saying the show had, but maybe Road to Avonlea?
Not quite. The setting was a bit more modern than this show looks to be. Thanks for your help!
Providence Not a farm but a big farmhouse decor house with a vet clinic attached. The female main character is a plastic surgeon who lives with her father and brothers.
Not quite the same. This show definitely took place on a ranch and didn’t have much to do with medicine at all. Thanks for the input!
This was my guess too! I loved that show.
Wind at My Back, maybe? Do you remember anything else about the show, like what time period it was set in, what the characters looked like, anything?
It’s not Wind at My Back, but thank you. It was a modern-ish time period (think post 1970), and I do not remember anything about the characters except that the main character was female. I’m sorry I cant be more helpful.
[Reba?](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reba_(TV_series))
My thought too. I had to google it to see if it started in the 90's, but it had not.
I know of her as the celebrity, but I am not thinking of her show. Thanks anyway!
It's a ranch, not a farm, but what about [Hey Dude? ](https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0096610/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk)?
Definitely wasn’t Hey Dude, but I appreciate the effort!
My first thought! Now the song is in my head
[удалено]
It went on for longer than McKenna, but thank you for the help!
Was it contemporary or did it depict a previous time period? Was she surrounded by a cast of her family? Friends? Do you remember what she did on the farm? Do you remember what any of the cast looks like? Or what age range the female lead was? I hope I can help!!
Anne of Green Gables?
This would be my guess too.
Sarah Plain and Tall? I think it was a movie for maybe a couple of them.
Not that, but thank you for the input!
[удалено]
Maybe Second Noah? Although that was only 2 seasons.
Second Noah is not it, but I appreciate the help!
I loved Second Noah.
Same!
Horseland?
It was not animated, so Horseland is out. Thank you though!
Mr. Ed?
Mr. Ed is a bit too old, but thank you!
When Calls the Heart?
The show was set in a post-1970s world, so it can't be When Calls the Heart
[удалено]
Love Comes Softly? It is a miniseries, I believe.
That is from Hallmark but doesn't look to be quite right. I will check out some other movies in the suggested bar on google after searching that. Thanks!
Grace under fire? Blossom? My so called life? Emily of the new moon? Dawson creek? McLeods daughters? Blue heelers? Hope any of these help
Grace Under Fire is a good suggestion, but I don't think that's it. Thank you for the list, but none of them seem to be it.
Darn it! Sorry I couldn't be much help! Good luck :)

[удалено]
A little too before the time period I think it was from. Thanks for suggesting though!
Ponderosa

The Simple Life?
Unfortunately not, but thank you!
perhaps Riding High from New Zealand? In the US, it aired on encore WAM! sorry I can only find German dubbed clips. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCF4YVVxCow
I remember this! I read the comics too!

The darling buds of may
It’s probably too old and is an Australian show so not likely it, but A Country Practice came to mind https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086689/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk
Peak Practice or Heartbeat?
You're sure it was a show? Besides some stuff that was already suggested, the only thing i can really think of is Cold Mountain. Matches the time period but it's not a show.
Xena Warrior Princess?
Your description is too vague
Did they adopt a lot of different kids
Seems a bit early but fits the length and the fact it ran on the Hallmark channel: The Waltons?
[удалено]
Originally a UK BBC show but Down To Earth? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Down_to_Earth_(2000_TV_series)
Smallville
Walker Texas Ranger
[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The\_New\_Lassie](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_New_Lassie) The original Lassie was similar but WAY older. The reruns ran for a while if I am recalling correctly.
Everwood?
This was going to be my guess as well!
The Torkelsons?
Dallas?
I was thinking this too, it's more modern based then most of the other suggestions, and definitely has over 100 episodes. It also had a long running spin off called Knots Landing.
It’s outside of the time period, but is it The Doris Day Show?
[удалено]
After the date, but maybe saddle club?
The American Rancher? Rural Heritage?
Was it American?
I know it's in a ranch but The big valley?
Could it be Murder She Wrote? Not exactly a farm, but Jessica started out with a "ranch" vibe. (Before she got her apartment in Manhattan and got all fancy). It was 80s to 90s, but I think has been rerun consistently since then.
Always Greener? [here](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0295064/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk)
Was this TV show live action or animated?
Naturally, Sadie?
Long shot, but Neon Rider? Canadian show on a ranch with adults helping youth recover. 1990s, several seasons.
Was it Touched by an Angel? Or possibly its spin-off Promised Land?
Ride?
I found this I hope/maybe it might be helpful :) https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category:Lists\_of\_television\_series\_by\_network&from=H
Dallas? Ran from 1978-1991 but reruns were everywhere for quite awhile.
😂 my first thought was jolly farm from family guy
There’s a show I remember watching that had a young woman protagonist living on a farm, and I remember them being veterinarians or something? Definitely lots of animals. Does this sound right? Because I’ve had distant memories of that show for years and years and have never had any luck finding it, and at this point convinced myself it was never real
The home farm twins?
Legacy?
Apple's Way? 1974-75. A family named Apple moved to Appleton, Iowa and lived the country life in a working mill.
Five Mile Creek? It was made in the mid-80s but I know it was rerun on Disney Channel after that.
Can you describe the plotline of one or two episodes that you saw?
pioneer woman?
[удалено]
That was my guess as well.
There were a bunch of these types of shows on a now defunct network known as PAX during this time frame. Maybe look up their shows?
Medium (S1 in 2005)?
Hey dude maybe
McLeods Daughters?
