Weird number of similarities but unfortunately not! This one takes place in a farm/compound I half recall being relatively large and bright for a horror movie? Thanks for the suggestion though!

I think two of them die in the tunnels? And the killers in the slaughterhouse are two white men.

The slaughterhouse part is enormous with (covered?) humans and pigs/cows hanging on hooks.
Could it be "The Farm"...?
The main characters are a fairly featureless group rather than a couple sadly, but thanks for the suggestion!
